Ordered in July for a large project. August just installed it. Handle shattered at first use. Very thin, soft and flimsy. Outside of Amazon 30-day return and unable to have seller replace part. Unable to communicate with seller. Avoid this product.

happy to see window here on time , with contractor ready to install tomorrow , But its damaged and now we have to return and reorder as he will not install as it might leak , more time wasted and no i have to reschedule , not a happy person about this at all . the next one i hope is not damaged .

I did not install this so I’m not aware of how easily it may have installed. I was thinking it would be bigger in size but it looks good.

Mostly the window seems fine. The handle to open the screen broke the first time I pulled up on it. I out the broken piece in my truck, and my finger hit the handle as I shut the center console and the handle broke again from my finger hitting it.

Got this to upgrade one of my windows for the laundry room. Love how light these windows are so that I can do the installation myself without needing someone to help me. Windows has dual layers, one with the glass pane and one with a mesh covering which is great for keeping bugs out but still get the air circulation you need. Windows is white and very modern looking.

This window arrived well packaged with a wood frame around it for protection. The window itself is nice and well made. My issue is the silicone bead around the outer windowpane has separated from the glass on one side. I am not confident it will not leak without me cutting out the original sealant and resealing. I think 3 stars is fair. 3 STARS

Im hoping your customer service reads this review. I really like these windows as they work correctly as an egress for an affordable price. I just want one window to arrive without defect and without damage. I will be ordering another one to Troy NY. Yep, thatll be me and will return the damaged item back. But before returning Im literally hanging onto a unit for parts!! .. to ensure Im not returning something that will need something minor. I really hate returning large bulky good items when the only thing I needed before was a screen door that had a broken latch. Seeing that the screen door removes this can reduce large heavy handling and damage of replaced items. There is no direct contact with customer service. I tried as the only option was to return the item for an exchange.Will give higher stars when all is addressed. TY
