I bought these food, storage buckets to store, wheat rice, and bag beans. We use them for emergency food and long-term food storage. We rarely move the buckets we went to rearrange our pantry and found two of the buckets had bottoms that had split completely open. Luckily one of the buckets had bagged beans so we could save those, the wheat berries are questionable. Period very disappointed.

we have turned a couple of them into composting buckets.. Absolutely great for that.. the top is secure and keeps out bugs.. and is airtight !!! Love these will be buying more as I'm also using them for dry food storage !

Bought for dog and cat food storage. They keep food fresh longer than the bags originally purchased in. The lid rings have to be placed on the bucket when you open the box which is extremely difficult but once they are on they are air tight.

I purchased these for long term food storage. Everything seems to fit tight and right. I packaged stuff in mylar and then in the buckets with oxygen absorbers in the mylar and in the buckets. If all goes well, if we get hit with bad storms or without power we have a little bit of food to keep us going for a little while. I may buy a few more to store other stuff in because I like the screw on lids.

Buckets are what you'd expect of them. Most important, this seller stands behind their business. I had an issue where I was shipped an incorrect quantity, 2 units instead of 3. Seller was very easy to work with and sent me the missing item as soon as reported which was received 2 days later. Additionally, they threw in a small pail for the inconvenience. Would buy from House Naturals again.
