In order to put the lids on, you first need to install the plastic rings to the buckets. These will allow the lids to screw in.

Containers can be hot filled up to 130°F, steam sterilized and frozen.

I love the size and the fact that they have a really good lid. It's very hard to find food grade buckets and even harder to find any 2 gallon lids. Here you have both.

Love these buckets. Got ours with lids that snap on and screw to open and close. They are sturdy, airtight, and the size is perfect to store all the types of flour and mixes we make. Will be buying more for sure! Delivery was a bit low but well worth the wait!
