I don't know why people are giving bad reviews on this hospital gown because it's no different than the ones they give you to wear at the hospital,It's not rough,it's actually the same material as the ones they give you at the hospital,I love mine and glad I'll have one that no one else has worn in case I have to go back in the hospital

My husband recently was in a horrible accident - riding his bicycle he was hit by a car. He had emergency trauma surgery and has a very long incision on his left hip, near the waistline. The clothes he had been wearing had to be cut off of him in the ER, and he ended up with a suction bandage on the incision. Couldn't wear pants, even elastic-waist or drawstring pants, because they were uncomfortable on the incision site. He was sent home from the hospital in a hospital gown.So, I went onto Amazon to look for hospital gowns, and found these. He didn't need the telemetry pocket, but he did want ones that had sleeves that snapped because he needed easy on/off without rubbing against the horrible "road rash" on his arm. He was wearing one of these when he went to the doctor's office a week after discharge, to have the suction bandage and staples removed, and everyone commented on what a great gown it was, and wanted to know where he got it!The ONLY negative is that half of the plastic snap on one of the sleeves (right at the top edge of the sleeve/neck) fell off on one of the gowns, and another half snap midway down a sleeve on the other gown also fell off.Other than that, Hubs and I recommend!!

I returned, but only because the hospital sent my husband home with their gowns. The shoulder snaps were the reason I purchased and the gown is made of nice soft material would provide good coverage. Would recommend.

The material is heavyweight. I washed it before use but it’s not really soft yet. Price was a little high.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the most horrible product I have purchased thus far. Buyer beware: they claim the gown is 100% cotton but the material is so rough, I could use it as a pumice stone on my feet. Something intended to be used as a hospital gown should not be so rough on someone’s skin, defeats the whole purpose of purchasing a gown. 0 out of 5 stars, do NOT recommend.
