Be careful, there is no free drop off return option! You either have to drive to a nearst UPS or pay for shipping at the postal office. It is not mentioned anywhere when purchasing. The product is also bad. Do not buy.

Based on a lot of the other reviews, I'll think of this as a semi-expendable device, and not be surprised if it starts leaking around the one-year mark. I notice that the output face disc component is held in place with a central Phillips head screw, so that may be worth removing for access later to see if there's an internal O-ring that could be replaced or reversed, as well as being able to scrub with a toothbrush to unclog accumulated deposits on the smaller orifices. The flow control thumb lever doesn't move as smoothly as I'd prefer, but that's not a major detriment. I particularly like the shower setting for watering delicate seedling transplants without knocking them flat. j

They say When you buy cheap, you get cheap. So true. I spent more money on my hose and nozzle and watering my garden has become a pleasant event! The nozzle is awesome! So comfortable and simple to use. I did not need the extra seal as there was one in there already. I kept it as an extra. Thank you Seller!

I have used a lot of sprayers, this one is nice, but the stream from jet and full force is a bit weak> Fits well in my hand ;and I like the color choices, got one in green and one in pink.

Unfortunately this hose nozzle can't take much of a backyard beating. I DO like that it has no many spray pattern options and doesn't leak at all from the threads. I DON'T like that after it gets dropped a couple times or gets a little dirty it starts to be less effective overall and the spray patterns get wonky. I need something tougher for my chores.

Although you won't need all 10 of these settings, the nozzle has all the basics you will actually use, and they work great. The jet's stream goes a really long way and the shower is very gentle. The lever to adjust the flow works smoothly. I loved it so much I just bought a second one.My one nitpick is that the icons for the settings can be a little confusing. I guess that is what happens when you have ten settings and want very simple yet different line drawings for each of them. At least the jet and the shower are easily recognized.
