Have a tractor where the filter is located in a tight area (gotta love engineers)! This tool fit where other tools failed to fit. Happy with purchase and price was right.

Seems good enough, but beware it does not fit a Z334 oil filter, at its largest it can just grip the filter, heavy slippage, 2 handed job. Definitely too small for the filter of this side or larger.

I've been changing my own oil (and family members) since 2003 across many different cars. Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Chevy, GM. Until a month ago, I always used a filter wrench that goes on a socket wrench and you put on the end of the filter. Boy did I not know what I was missing out on. The last oil change I did, I had to hammer a screwdriver through the end of the oil filter because my old filter tool wouldn't grip the filter. My next change on another car, I used this. It was like a kid at Christmas. One firm grip and turn and that sucker was off so fast. Truly amazed at the difference!

The grip and rubber made it easy to unscrew the oil filter which was a little over tightened on my car. Easy to clean and use.

I needed to reach the (not so easily accessible) oil filter on my zero turn mower for it's annual oil change. The Horusdy 12" pliers came with decent reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived quickly, and in a sealed plastic bag. I was pleased how well these gripped the filter, as it was very tight. I can't believe how much leverage you need to remove a filter that was installed finger tight, but these worked great. I prefer this style over the strap style filter wrenches. The angled head made it more easily accessible to reach the filter without the handles contacting other areas. I wasn't expecting a professional grade tool due to it's price point, but it easily got the job done, and overall I feel these were well worth price tag.

The offset angle of the tool may seem useful but really it has caused more harm than good when getting into tight spaces, however the major flaw with this tool is the size adjustment. It always goes straight to the middle of the two sizes the second you put and squeezing force and it just gets stuck there. It can not stay in one of the 2 size positions.
