Add a new look to your Ford Super Duty by installing TUFSKINZ Hood Letter Inserts. This kit features raised and stylish “SUPER DUTY” letters that are fittingly positioned in the truck’s embossed Hood.
Domed (Raised 4mm) - Our Domed product line is our signature product. Each piece is manufactured with our 3-layer process that has been designed and tested to withstand all elements.
1ST LAYER - Superior UV Doming Resin that creates a high gloss, scratch resistant, durable finish.
2ND LAYER - Consists of a variety of substrates including our 100% Real Carbon Fiber, Chrome, Camouflage and Factory color matches to allow an array of custom options.
3RD LAYER - Utilizes our 3M Automotive Grade Adhesive that creates the perfect bond to the surface of the vehicle and makes the product installation an ease.
**Only Exception: Real Carbon Fiber (Raw) is Raised 1mm**
TUFSKINZ Hood Letter Insert pieces are designed to fit perfectly in the embossed “SUPER DUTY” area of the Hood like a puzzle piece. Each letter insert is designed to fill the exact footprint of the flat embossed area. Prep and installation can simply be completed within 15 minutes.

Superior UV Resin
All Domed products, excluding Raw Carbon Fiber, receive a coating of UV Resin, providing both a raised-glossy finish and safeguarding the material against adverse weather conditions.
Material
The material utilized varies based on the color you choose. Opting for either of the two Carbon Fiber options results in the use of authentic 100% Carbon Fiber Weaves. Alternatively, selecting any of the available colors leads to the use of colored ABS plastic.
3M Automotive Adhesive
Our peel and stick products consistently feature backing with 3M Automotive Grade Adhesive, ensuring a secure bond to the surface that remains steadfast when installed and prepared correctly.

Domed Compared To Vinyl
When contrasting our product with something like thin vinyl, the superiority of the Domed version is evident. Placed side by side, it's clear that one is a thin and inexpensive option, while the Domed alternative offers a thicker and overall more aesthetically pleasing raised letter.
What Does "Domed" Mean?
Domed involves the application of a thick layer of Superior UV Resin poured over the material for protection. This imparts a raised, glossy (unless you choose a matte finish) appearance to the part, contributing to its durability for years to come.

Reflective Black Shadow
Although exhibiting a matte black appearance from certain viewpoints and lighting conditions, this color reveals a camouflage pattern at specific angles. Under proper lighting, the full camo pattern becomes apparent. It's worth noting that interior parts may display a less reflective effect due to reduced lighting.
Reflective Topo - Red
This color displays a subtle matte black, red-accented topographic map design. Under specific lighting angles, the remaining part will project a reflective topographic map when exposed to direct light. The complete effect becomes visible when moving across the part under optimal lighting. It's worth noting that interior parts may display a less reflective effect due to reduced lighting.
