Ordered as a Christmas present and had to return the first jacket because the zipper on sleeve was not sewn on all the way. Returned and ordered another. Second jacket appeared fine so I wrapped it up and gave it to my husband. He went to wear it for first time and the pocket is just a big hole and not even sewn. We missed Return window by 2 days and now have to look at jacket just hanging in the closet or sew it ourselves.

I RETURNED the jacket as it had only 2 pockets and missing the hood. 2 fake front pockets and the leather isn't smooth and at one spot it looks as it's peeling off. The refund can take between 2 weeks to a month. The Amazon received it on the 5th of December and I received it on DEC 2ND LOOK FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE JACKET BUT ALWAYS ASK THE MERCHANT TO VERIFY THE DETAILS OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN A DISPUTE THROUGH VISA CARD. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY AMAZON AND TWICE HANG UPS OF THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH ONE CUSTOMER REP, JUAN CALLING ME A LIAR.

You don't have to spend a fortune to enjoy comfort and quality. Even though this is a faux leather jacket, I cannot tell the difference between it and genuine leather. The fleece lining makes it warm and comfortable. As with real leather, this jacket seems to provide gentle warmth in cool temperatures, and yet it keeps you warm in freezing weather. Love the feel, the quality, and the warmth.

It fits like a large should, I’m 6’2” 180#. It looks like a faux leather jacket with a stuffed animal liner. Exactly what I wanted. I have a real leather and shearling one for when I want that look. Like I said in the title it’s exactly what was advertised and really nice at the price point.
