I am so happy with this purchase! It looks beautiful in my entryway. It’s also very sturdy, I can sit on it and it doesn’t wobble. I have space for three pair of shoes on the top shelfand my husband gets the bottom shelf because the bottom shelf space is slightly higher than the top shelf.It was extremely easy to put together. I did it myself. There were, I think, 16 screws in all, but very easy to put together with one person. I would definitely buy another one for upstairs.

Easy to put together, nice finish. Good value, reinforced plastic edges on the wood part keep the wood from completely becoming flush, oh well. My husband can sit and put his shoes on now, he’s 180 pounds.

Great quality, sturdy wood looks great, love the stain color. VERY easy to assemble, parts clearly marked, good instructions. Best thing is ALL the screws lined up perfectly! Took maybe 20 minutes to assemble. Great price.

This was super easy to put together, it's very sturdy, and looks nice in my entryway. As many others noted, the two pieces of wood do not come together to make a perfect large piece of matching wood, but I don't think it looks bad that way. Holds the weight of everyone who has sat on it so far, each weighing around 135 lbs

Perfect for my entryway where all the snow and gardening shoes accumulate & get stacked up.All pieces marked and instructions are documented well for easy assembly. Sturdy sitting while removing snow shoes is going to be great! My only negatives are:(1) I wish the wood pieces were better matched.(2) Cleaner weldsHaving said that, I'm pretty sure that I'll be ordering another.

I like the look of this shoe rack in my entryway. Realistically it fits about 8 adult pairs. Bottom shelf is taller and fits slightly taller shoes (ankle boots/high tops). Pretty sturdy, although I wouldn't chance standing on it. But for sitting it seems fine. I waited for a deal to come around, so I'm happy for the price

I love this little shoe rack. It's sturdy enough to hold my 6'2" adult son, it keeps our shoes organized and off the floor, and it looks nice while doing it. It was worth the extra $3.00 from the one I was looking at. This one holds more weight and more shoes.

This is a decent little bench/shoe rack. Fairly easy to assemble, took about 1/2 hr. The size stated is correct but it is fairly small for an entrance. We bought 2 and they don’t take up much space. It is sturdy, you can sit on it to put on your shoes.

I bought this shoe bench for a purpose other than storing shoes. I have used it in my home office to put most of by PC hard drives, USB port adapters, AC power supplies and bookshelf speakers on to get them off the floor. It was very easy to assemble. Sturdy, Allen-style bolts are used to assemble the various parts, and all bolts are the same size. (there was an extra bolt in case a klutz like me lost one) There are NO screws or screwdriver needed to assemble. Each component lined up perfectly to allow bolts to be easily tightened with the included Allen wrench. The frame is heavy metal and is STRONG! The two shelves are a heavy metal braced by thick frames. They did not sag any when I put on my various items including heavy book-shelf speakers. The top is a thick, dark, wood finished material that gives a natural wood appearance; It is strong also. There are adjustable screw-on feet at each of the four corners that can be adjusted slightly for height or uneven floors. I liked the shelf so much I bought a 2nd unit. Now my wife wants one too for her home office.
