Took me about an hour to put it together by myself but the instructions were easy to follow and extra pieces incase you wreck or lose any screws. It puts together nicely and is a really solid piece!

The holes for 2 hooks were bad/stripped/kept spinning and split the wood easily. 1 for part 16 and 1 for part 17.

This coat rack/tree was just what I was looking for. It's small enough to fit into the space we wanted it to fit into, but big enough to hold several of our winter coats/jackets. The bench you would sit on to take your shoes off and put them back on is nice and sturdy and holds my weight just fine (I'm a big girl). A plus is that the bench lifts up to store things inside it. It also comes with a drawer that you can store just about anything in. It also has 3 small shelves to put whatever decorations you may want to put on them. The assembly was easy enough and didn't take long. It also comes with a strap to screw into the wall to help keep the rack/tree in place so it doesn't tip over. All in all, I felt this was a good buy and I feel it'll last for a very long time. A bonus for us is that it came with all the parts. None of them broken. Would recommend.

Shipped with Purolator and arrive in 2 days! Living in a rural area so shipping is usually done Canada Post and nothing gets Shipped fast with them. This went together very easily no missing parts. It looks good, but like anything time will tell.

Slim and sleek. Fits great in mudroom without taking up much space. The hooks for the sides had holes to install but none in the frame. No extra screws so it was not accounted for.

I got the package and the box was ruined but i went ahead and opened it, but once assembling it a part was damaged.
