Shipped well. Corners of wood were protected well. Very easy to assemble. Extra screws provided and tool for assembly provided. Small but great for small or tight spaces. Helpful tip: During assembly, don't tighten screws fully on middle rack until bars for bench have been put into place. Also, the coat rack piece fits loosely into bar attached the bench. To reduce this, I placed a thin piece of electrical tape around the base of the coat holder piece. Makes it a snug fit.

Los huecos para colocar los tornillos están muy mal hechos y disparejos. Tuve que aplicar trucos y fuerza para poder cuadrarlos y que todo pueda ser armado.

Love it! I have a small entryway up to my loft and this is perfect! Materials are good quality, it’s sturdy, fit my son’s mens 11 shoes, and was easy to assemble. Highly recommend!!!

I bought this for my senior mom - she needed something at the front door where she could store her shoes and have somewhere to sit while she put them on or takes them off. She absolutely loves it and uses it all the time. She has been hanging her fall jacket on there but I'm not sure if it would hold a heavier winter coat. We will have to wait and see.I put it together pretty quickly and the instructions where straightforward.I would recommend this for anyone that wanted something that is a 3 in 1 (shoes, bench, coat rack) sturdy and on a smaller scale for an entranceway.

Not a bad product but holes didn't align so took forever to put up. Once up it's nice and decent also light weight and great for my small space.

It was a little tricky putting this together. Some of the bolts didn't fit or line up with other holes. So beware of that.

And this worked perfectly for space, and was at the right price. If I had a lot more money, I would purchase a different unit, however, I don’t. The bench is sturdy enough and holds about six pairs of shoes, plus sandals underneath. The coat rack is an added bonus.
