I bought these punching paddles with low expectations as a gift for my boxing trainer, who has been coaching people for 30 years. He loves the quality! The paddles are exceptionally well-made, with durable materials and he said they are good for professional boxing combinations. He mentioned how the ergonomic design fits his hands perfectly and appreciates that they're short and don't flop around like other kinky punching pads. While they took a little getting used to, they've quickly become his favourite. So glad I decided to get them for him, lol
