The coating on them COMES OFF ON THE FOOD!!!! I make mini bread in them and the bottom/side have a layer of “metal” idk what they use to coat them! Even if I add spray to them! Which seemed to make it worse! If I use them I need to put parchment paper down. Don’t recommend unless you like the idea of eating that coating…..

I bought these mini muffin pans for various breakfast breads that I make regularly. They are a good value and the perfect size for mini loaves. I will say that the metal is a little thinner than my other pans. These are good pans-but you might want to watch your baking time since they are a little thinner metal. These are non-stick which is very helpful.

It makes the perfect loads of mini bread. My daughter decided to make a loaf for her whole school so we made 60+ mini loafs of bread. These were perfect for that. I'm buying a second set so I can rotate resting time better and cook more faster. I also use these to make mini meatloafs for meal prep. 4 oz fit perfectly.

Cleans up like a dream. Just a quick spray of oil into the pans ensures that my sticky buns come right out. Handles on the sides are good for gripping with thick oven mitts. The pans heat up evenly so that all sides get browned. If you prefer the softer 'tray bake', this isn't the pan for you. The edges all get nicely browned. You can use this for individual meatloaves, banana bread, coconut rolls, etc.Recommend.

I make homemade banana and zucchini bread and these were perfect to make 1 serving "bite" size loaves. It seemed when I would make a big loaf, it wouldn't get eaten but this is great to make a whole batch of bread, and freeze some, while leaving some out to be eaten right away! Easy to clean too!

These pans work well for baking small and consistently sized loaves of fruit breads. This has helped maintain portions that are single servings which can easily be packed in lunch boxes, sold at bake sales, or used as a grab and go breakfast or snack. The non-stick coating cleans up nicely as well. These are a nice addition to my bake ware collection.
