Did research and this Countertop dishwasher is great. Live in retirement community with kitchenette. Not a lot of room. Just disappointed with description all my appliances are stainless steel, this was the only one I saw that said stainless steel tub and color was stainless steel. Received it and was disappointed its white.

I used the dishwasher for a month before reviewing. Works perfect even when you're kids forget to rinse dishes before loading. I'm happy with my purchase, would purchase again.

This is truly an excellent dishwasher. I’ve been using it for about 10 months now. While it is small, I’ve found that with the right powder detergent (such as from Azure Standard!) and adding some loose detergent to the interior for the first rinse, I can load this thing ridiculously (unreasonably) full of plates, cups, bowls, utensils and other often very dirty kitchen accessories and have everything come out 99.99% perfectly clean, 99% of the time - unrinsed.I like to use the heavy duty cycle for that which is 1:45 hour. Photos show layering in reverse order of how stacked I tend to fill this thing - and it’s all clean. Seriously. Note- this is using a full amount of detergent the same as is recommended for a full size dishwasher (sometimes adjusted for the level of soil being washed). I just eyeball it. Overfilling is totally workable using the heavy duty setting! I seriously love it.It will wash pots and pans, but obviously can only hold so much and requires some gentle and creative Tetris and finagling to fit - like take the utensil basket out to put a pasta pan, two sauté pans, a couple bowls, a glass or two and maybe some tongs on top. but I’ve tried all ways of layering and stacking and otherwise what should be considered seriously overloading the machine, nearly always comes out perfectly clean.Note I have noticed the same 10 minutes or so at the end of the heavy duty cycle that it doesn’t seem to circulate or do anything, but what each cycle does is described in the manual and some of the cycles have a dry time as part of the cycle. The heavy duty cycle is 2 pre rinses, 2 washes, and 2 post rinses and is actually 5 minutes shorter than a “normal” wash cycle. It runs, and runs, and runs, and is totally fine.I built an under counter shelf (essentially custom cabinet) for it so it functions basically as a built-in would (and looks nice) and I suppose this dampens some of the noise that others mention but I don’t find it to be particularly loud in my space because of that.Really impressed with the customer service response to deal with the water pan issue that others have mentioned - once I finally found who to call I got a real person on the phone in minutes and got an instant straightforward answer, that worked. (Otherwise, he told me they would have replaced it). all you have to do to clear the error E4 (when the machine won’t drain and stays full of water, what a pain) is tilt the whole thing to the left and it will re-drain and reset, or remove some minor clog or whatever. In my case I have to pull it from its cabinet slot to do so, but this is rare. This has happened just a few times (less than 5, in nearly a year of 5x/week use) and only when I put excessive amounts of food waste in it. It did happen the first time I used it which was off putting, but since then it has been a remarkably usable washer!I have however also experienced as others mention, the leaking from the base of the machine. For me this has happened only when the drain got stuck.

The thing only works for a few cycles and then water fills in the bottom of the machine, and start leaking.

I was kinda skeptical to even get this thing. Im glad that I went for it. I hooked mine up permanently below the sink, so I did end up spending some extra money on the fittings and stuff, but that was a personal choice. It washes dishes great. Haven't had anything come out dirty yet. I don't have the option in my kitchen for a full size one, so this was the best solution. I would highly recommend it if you hate doing dishes like me, and rent, or just don't have the space for a full sized one.

The thing only works for four cycles and then water fills in the bottom of the machine and has an error. I’m 130lb and 5ft tall, I cannot be lifting this thing outside to drain the water every time it leaks. It would be a great product if it worked properly
