Pretty pricey for what it is but it saves time in checking thermocouple, (beats taking my meter and leads out).

HOW MUCH?! FOR ONLY THAT?! Ya, but what a time saving thing it is. Just don't loose it. As a tester for a gas waterheater thermalcoupler, Pop it on, Press button, should self hold for at least 30 secs (if you have had flame on end of thermalcoupler for for button to hold itself down) if not replace thermalcoupler. Quick and simple and the first thing you test (and usally first thing to wear out) everytime you do a water heater repair, If it isnt leaking (duh). There are cheaper options but I know for sure that this works everytime and I dont want to guess with gas.
