Had the product less than a month and the cord already broke. The quality of the cord was lacking from the moment we took it out of the box so we tried to be careful with it but it didn't matter. Quality was already too bad to do anything. Luckily the chair is comfy enough that I can still use it, but I'm sad that the extras won't work anymore. Messaged company but haven't heard back.

Buy this chair to replace my office chair because the company provided chair I had was so uncomfortable. This chair is so comfortable and easy setup . Has a larger seat, tall back and massages. I love it.

When the chair was put together and plugged in, it did not work. No heat, no massage. Amazon suggested contacting the manufacturer which I did. They would not help because we bought it through Amazon and not directly through them. To return the chair we have to pay for shipping on a defective item. Beware of lack of support by manufacturers and Amazon.

Heat level is almost non existent. Shows there is heat and massage in seat but there is not. Chair is comfortable but I bought for the heat and massage feature.

I absolutely love this massage office chair! I first bought one for my home and was so impressed with the comfort that I decided to get another for my office. The back has four massage points that work wonders, and the heating function is a nice touch for those long days. The recline feature is perfect, allowing me to adjust from 90ยฐ to 135ยฐ for just the right amount of support. Plus, the leg rest is a game changer โ I can fully stretch out and relax whenever I need a break. The leather is soft and feels luxurious, and the overall sitting experience is so comfortable. It's been an excellent choice for both home and office!

Great chair, it was a nice Xmas gift from my hubby! Love it, the massage is a plus and the foot rest! Itโs a fancy chair. Good support and has wiggle room while working. Assembly was pretty easy.
