I bought 2. 1 after the actual blades broke off of the first windmill when it was, well, windy. The company was horrible to work with and would not pay for shipping the broken item back so I ate the cost and still wasted money on a swcond that did the same think. The first one wasn't a lemon. The item is just junk. This was originally a surprise gift for my husband;s birthday to replace an older (still working windmill) that he'd gotten from one of his customers. The old one still works but has rusted. This product isn't worth your time to order let alone assemble and watch it fall apart in the first week that it's up. :(

It was lots of work assembling it but well worth it!It looks great in the garden and I will add stringers up the sides for some kind of climbers like beans, gourds, morning glories etc.Love watching it spin!

Looks great and spins like it should.Instructions are weak. Poor English used for the instructions. Photos and grahics are difficult to read, small and poor quality. Same size screws and nuts used throughout but, that made for difficulty when assembling in tight places. No lock washers were supplied which made some screws loosen up when mill was spinning fast. Missing a set of cross beams. Contacted seller through Amazon about the missing parts. Product was packed well, arrived on time and looks good.

##### UPDATE: After about three weeks, the top portion that houses the circular pipe at the top of the windmill that holds the propeller rod , the weld broke . I have contacted the seller with a very vague response , as if I didn't point out the exact part number that was broken. Be leery.................... Seems to be a pretty good value for $60. Took me about an hour and a half putting it together while watching football. My photo only shows the top portion, since I have the legs stuck about 6in in the ground into a mound behind my pond. The wheel is already spinning with a light breeze at 5 to 10 miles per hour

Fan blade was wobbly and unbalanced, pretty green only issue was the fan blade, I tried contacting the seller no responce

Packaged well but directions are poor. When we got it together we realized the hub is welded off center & it wobbles horribly making lots of noise. I have requested a replacement & will update my review if the replacement is adequate & service is good. Update: the company sent me a complete replacement without me have to return the damaged one. I am happy about that! It now works great.

It is a very nice Ornamental Garden Windmill, however I do recommend that it be cemented into the ground if it is in a more open area. The first time it was staked as recommended, however, with an extremely good wind (65mph) it was able to release from the ground and go over the fence and land on the neighbors property. Then the 2nd time with cork screw stakes it merely layer it down, thinking 2 of the sakes was not as secure as the others. Now it is secured, WE HOPE.That being said, It is a beautiful windmill.
