I was a bit concerned that some reviews were critical of lip sync and/or power interference problems. Some reviews were highly critical. I’ve used a 3.5mm input directly from my tv’s headphone jack and a usb power source from a power strip. The results are both excellent. Lip sync is not an issue (can’t say the same about a BT connection directly from a brand new Chromecast Streamer which only supports a single BT connection) and this supports two simultaneous BT connections with no connection issues at all. I recommend this inexpensive and simple solution. Glad I chose this. Using it as I type with bone conductive headphones which I bought at the same time. I thought I would use the optical ports but they didn’t suit my configuration. It is a significant aid to my rather horrendous tinnitus since the bone conductive headphones deliver the sound directly to my cochlear bypassing all other areas of the ears. It is really great to clearly hear the audio, dialogue especially, whilst pushing the constant tinnitus scream to the outside of my hearing range. What a blessed relief!I must add that the range of this device is quite phenomenal. I managed to pop my rubbish in the neighbour’s bin across the street and I maintained connection to this the entire time. I’m impressed.

This is a great little device for TVs that only have optical audio outs. It easily & quickly connects with all of my ear buds and headphones. There is no lag whatsoever. It's a bit too light weight in my opinion but the performance is 100%.

If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. This little device works great and provides the Bluetooth connectivity to my headsets and speakers that is lacking in my older Samsung Smart TV. It permits one to have up to two Bluetooth devices connected simultaneously. If you try to add a third, then the first paired device gets removed and cannot connect without pairing it again. In my configuration, I wanted to be able to have a choice between two headsets and a Bose speaker without the need to pair a device whenever I chose to use one that had been erased from its memory. Thus, I have bought a second one and using a fiber optic splitter I can have both connected at the same time giving me the ability to have up to four paired devices. Each device can, if I so desire, provide audio simultaneously and with no apparent latency. I am very impressed with this little device and it is indeed little. It has a built-in rechargeable battery but can also be powered via a USB port. I have mine powered by the USB ports on the television and as such, the HomeSpot device activates the moment the television is powered on.Bluetooth devices connected to my setup:1. Samsung Level U Pro ANC2. Blue Parrot S450-XT3. Bose Mini SoundlinkPros:1. Small form-factor2. Can operate on battery, thus portable3. Battery is USB rechargeable4. Comes with all the cables you need---USB, Digital Optical Fiber (TosLink), 3.5mm-to-3.5mm Audio, 3.5mm to RCA audio5. Very simple set up6. HD audio7. No apparent or perceptible latency issue but, too, I haven't spent a lot of time checking this with any great detailCons:1. Very limited device memory---can be paired with only two devices simultaneously2. Bluetooth search time-out too short---if I don't have my headset turned on before I turn on my television, I must press the Bluetooth button to active the search mode again.

Mi producto es el BTADP-128-D, este es el único que tiene entrada optica toslink, el BTADP-128 solo tiene entrada jack, y funciona de maravilla. Solo lo he probado con la entrada optica y genial. No he probado la entrada jack.

I've been using this BT transmitter for 3 months now and continue to be pleased with my purchase. I selected this specific BT transmitter because it could connect with, and INCLUDED, a TOSLINK optical audio cable for really clear audio! Not all BT transmitters support the optical audio cable. I use this transmitter with my somewhat vintage SAMSUNG TV that does not have built-in BT. I watch TV in bed for a couple of hours each night and don't want the sound to bother my partner, others in the house, and those in the neighborhood (if the windows are open in the summer). This has served that purpose perfectly. Installing it was a breeze. Pairing to my BT earbuds, not so much. As discovered in Amazon reviews, it really was a specific pairing issue with the earbuds, though! ] It worked well with just a slight audio lag; barely detectable, but there nonetheless.I am now using an over-the-ear BT headphone that is much more comfortable for watching TV in bed. Pairing took a few attempts. (I'm over 60 y/o so it's likely that it's user error, confusion, or senioritis that requires a few attempts at pairing BT devices.) There is NO audio lag AT ALL!! I really can't believe it, but I keep testing it. I turn up the TV volume so that I can hear it over the audio in new headphones and there is no lag at all. It's great! The combination of the new headphones and this BT transmitter works so well and has made watching TV really enjoyable now.

Where has this been! Since my TV has only digital audio out, I had to buy an analog-to-digital adapter which I connected to an old Sharp mini-stereo system via RCA jacks and the TV via Toslink cable. I used a Sony wireless headset that I plugged into the earphone jack on the stereo. This setup allowed me to watch TV, most apps on the TV, my smart Blu-ray player, and my WD hard drive thru the Blu-ray player. Wanting to go Bluetooth, my son gave me a BT adapter that I plugged into earphone jack on the stereo (all other connections remained). Thus doing away with the old wireless headphones. I have the LG Tone 750 which I really love. This worked out great with the BT adapter. I could even fall asleep wearing them. Then my husband's radios (he runs CB & ham) starting interfering with the headset. I could hear everything being said. Obviously, there were many arguments. So I started looking for a different setup & adapters. After days of searching, I found this HomeSpot device. I read as much as I could about how it works and asked about the frequency it runs on (which is thankfully nowhere near the radios frequencies). Awesome! This device comes with all the cables you'll need for whatever way you want to set it up. I ordered 2, 1 also for my son who went wild when I shared the page with him. We couldn't wait to try these out. It was so worth the wait! These connected to my headset right out of the box! Well, not right then. I plugged one end of the Toslink cable into the digital audio out on the TV and other into adapter, which is extremely small. Turned it on to pairing mode, turned on headset, and voila! I had great sound coming from the headset. Then I connected the USB cable to TV & device for charging. You can keep it like this all the time. I was done in less than 5 minutes. But the best & most important part was no more interference from the radios! Plus, the sound was amazing compared to when this headset was connected to the stereo. Problem solved by going all digital. No longer need the a-to-d adapter.A couple of things.1. Make sure your TV is set to PCM. Won't work otherwise.2. It remembers last BT pairing, which is great. But it'll be the first thing your headset will connect to, even if your phone's BT is on. You have to turn adapter off if you want to use another BT device. As far as I know, this is just for smartphones since you can connect 2 other devices simultaneously.3. This adapter doesn't work with smartphones. You'll need a receiver with/out transmitter for this. If you get a call on your phone and BT is on, adapter will switch to phone, then back to headset, TV, speakers, or whatever you were on prior to call. This is a nice feature. My son has the iPhone 6S and it worked when he received a call. He talked on phone, then it switched back to his headphones to watch TV.As I said in the beginning, where was this device hiding?! It does everything you need to make items Bluetooth-capable. I am very glad I found this product. It's the best thing I've gotten since my S7 Edge.1/21/17 UPDATE: Well I'm still loving this! Got a couple of new headsets. My fav is the Diskin stereo on-ear set. Paired immediately to adapter. Sound has amazing stereo. I'm sure this is due to being digital rather than analog. As requested, I'm adding pictures of how the adapter is connected to my TV. Sorry I couldn't get toslink out from TV so you can see the tip. It's in pretty tight. But you can see it here using link: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Digital-Optical-Audio-Toslink/dp/B00NH11H38/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1485035987&sr=8-3&keywords=toslink+cableThis is basically what comes with the adapter, along with RCA, USB cables. It's an all-inclusive kit.
