I’ve used pet fountains for a while now (my cat’s a bit of a diva about her water), and this one is easily my favorite so far. I actually bought it to replace the pump on my NPET brand fountain, but this entire unit is quieter and better designed — even the pump alone is way less noisy than the replacement I just bought for my NPET. That one was surprisingly loud and kind of annoying. This one is whisper-quiet, which I really appreciate.I also love how they designed the pump and cord. it’s much easier to manage and clean compared to having to fish out a slimy cord from inside the water. Definitely a smart improvement. It's pretty easy to put together,The water capacity is nice, this one holds 2 liters which is more than my old one. so I don’t have to refill it as often, which is a huge plus.My cat is already used to fountains. she drinks both from the spout and the basin depending on her mood, and she took to this one with no hesitation. She prefers fresh water from the tap, but lain’t nobody got time for that all day every day lol. This is the next best thing, and we’re both happy with it.

Works great. Much easier to know when to refill since see thru. Very similar to other HomeRunPet filters and was same cost as replacing the pump that lasted 3 years on another model.

The water flows over the top, between the edge and on to this filter, then pools over the top of the filter insert to the main bowl, not through the filter to catch debris. Over all design flaw, not about the filter. It is quiet and wireless. It is easy to clean and maintain. The only flaw I have found is the filter design. There is a piece of foam in the pump, that will probably catch more debris than the filter, this was not included in the extra filter package I bought.

Just received & set up which was simple. Sooo quiet & sitting right by it can’t hear it at all. 2 of my cats started drinking out of it within 5 minutes & seemed to like it. Very unobtrusive & blends in to the white baseboards. Will update later after it’s been working for a while and needs cleaning. Light came on inside it when it was first plugged in then went off jn a few seconds. Instructions say if it’s blinking the water is low & the pump will shut off. I like that it’s easy to see the water level. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a fountain that the cats seem to like and it’s easy to set up. I will contact the seller because the cleaning brush etc. were not included as mentioned in another review.UPDATE! have now cleaned this and replaced the filters. The motor and parts are very easy to clean possibly because the motor is almost identical to several other cat fountains from other manufacturers. Very easy to take apart and reassemble. I clean all the motor parts with a cloth or brush and then soak them in a mixture of liquid dish detergent water and vinegar for at least 15 minutes rinse and reassemble. Very easy.Fountain works very well. I did encounter one issue after moving it to a different location and trying to restart the motor would not come on. After reading the instructions I added water leaving a small space between the rim of the bowl and the max line and it started up perfectly.,
