It took me around 1.5 hours to unpack and assemble by myself as someone who isn’t super strong. Super easy instructions, and holds my partner and I, no problem. The cushion is suuuper thick and comfy, and the frame is very nice quality as well. If I were rich, I’d buy 10 more. Def recommend!

So after reading some reviews I decided to dive in and get this rocking chair for my patio. First thing, step 2 & step 3 needs to be switched, if you are building this by yourself. Screw in the middle of both chairs to have some stability, then connect the feet to the base of the chair. This took me about 40 mins, if you read some other reviews it took them over an hr, this is because they stated the first or second step is hard. Do yourself a favor and complete step 3 second, only because the first step, is to take off the caps for the feet of the chair. Do not tighten the screws until you have all screws in place, common mistake I came across when reading the reviews. This rocking chair is sturdy, comfortable, has thick cushions and love the color. I got the blue velvet and it's sooo soft, I am also 5'11" 240+ lbs and I'm able to rock comfortably.

This is unexpected because It is larger than anticipated! I love it! Be sure you have the room for it ! And that you are going to really want it! It IS that kind of chair! You are going to love it or hate it!It takes a bit to put it together so take your time. The cushion IS thick enough. The value IS worth it it! Like I said though, you need be sure you want it, this is not an impulse purchase. It is very sturdy! Once you put together, that is it. There are 2 pegs on the bottom rear that allows the rocking stopper - how far and quick you "rock" so you can control that, they screw in and out for safety. There are different colors for the cushion not just white. The cushion as well as the ergonomics of the chair are comfortable, I have fallen asleep in it often. It's great for reading, watching movies, just relaxing; you can put it on you porch or deck. I wouldn't advise letting the cushion get water logged through it dosen't dry very fast.Thank you for reading my review. 🌹

This chair is massive and so comfortable. I love the color, too. I can sit cross-legged or curled up and the back is high enough to support my back and neck so I can rest my head on the cushion where it stops. It lightly rocks and is very stable. Was TOUGH to put together but I did it myself in about 30 minutes with only the tool provided. I'm super happy with this purchase.

I sincerely enjoy the aesthetic of this chair and how large it is. Two things I would like to be better would be the assembly (I did it by myself and it was rather difficult, and also the pieces etc were not labeled with the letters so that took a second to figure out) and the thickness of the cushion around the butt area. I think I’ll have to buy some memory foam or something to put in that spot because I can feel the bar and it bothers my back. Otherwise the rest of the cushion is amazing and super comfy. It has a velvet like feel to it and doesn’t slip too much in the frame! I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a good reading chair, but maybe be prepared to buy some extra cushioning!
