I have purchased several different shelving kits the last few months as we have reorganized several closets and storage rooms. There have been a few different brands because of needs for specific sizes. This brand was far and away the best. The packaging was very good. The assembly was easy and straight forward. I really was pleased with the 2 options of colors of the shelf boards and the options for the shelf support rails was very helpful for our setup. Great product!

Easy to build, sturdy, looks great in white with faux wood shelves. Fit perfectly in my laundry room. Came with a wall anchor, and 2 hooks that clip on easily. Very happy with it.

This bookcase or whatever you choose to use it for is quite sturdy. It’s off so given me so much room to display things and store things closer to the bottom. When I was building it, I missed a step and thought that it wasn’t gonna be sturdy. I looked real closely and after five minutes, I could see that I missed installing two pieces. Once I had done this, it was incredibly sturdy. It looks like it’s very easy to clean or dust. I am not disappointed at all and would think that if somebody is that, perhaps they Thought they were gonna get something different or somehow didn’t understand something, but this is everything he claims to be! I’m very happy with the purchase.Lastly, I should mention that the manufacturer has numerous videos on YouTube, which is great. I clicked on one and was kind of surprised to see that it didn’t have a long running time, but it didn’t need to because the thing comes together quite easily once you have everything unpacked. So use the instructions or make it quick and find them on YouTube.

Honestly kind of obsessed. One of the EASIEST things I've every built (and I've put together a lot of "build it yourself" furniture). Just FYI, the box it comes in is VERY heavy so you may need assistance bringing it inside/where you want to build it. However, these are the best storage racks for the price ($100) that I've found. I've now bought 2 more. I absolutely love how easy they are to put together and all the options! From the shelves (flat, basket or angled, and natural wood or white side up), to the fact that you can attach multiple units together, change the shelf heights, even add hooks to the sides. Highly recommend. If the price doesn't go up, I can see myself getting more for the garage.

Love the shelf! Beautiful, easy to assemble, just needed a rubber mallet. Real sturdy. If your looking for a good shelf, order it! I'll be getting more in the near future.

Bought one of these for my storage locker. I liked it so much ended up getting a second one.Goes together very easy, no tools needed (I guess a rubber mallet could be helpful, but I did fine without one).Feels sturdy and well built. 5/5 recommend.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. My husband and I put two units together in no time. A rubber mallet was the only tool we used.

We've just downsized and moved into a 1400sq.ft. Apartment. Nice place, but we needed more storage space. These shelving units fit the bill nicely. We bought one for the laundry room, then 2 more which fit well in a designated office (was a 2nd bedroom in the floorplan). Excellent! Pic attached.

I was so impressed with the first one I bought another. These shelves are super easy to put together. It took all of 20 minutes. Have a rubber mallet handy - it helps. The side supports fit nicely into the openings and are easy to reposition. I split my shelf into two separate units. The package comes with a metal slider that will help hold each unit together. While the wood panels may seem a little thin, I have the shelves holding a little over 150lb and the wooden panels are just fine. The panels are white on one side and front edge and a wood color on the other along with the front edge.Keep in mind that you will lose some inches at the bottom and if you use the supplied plastic feet, the cover the bottom notch.Overall a fantastic shelf unit at a great price.

They're shelves, how bad could they be, right? The answer of course is "very very bad." But these shelves are very much not. I put these kind of shelves into two categories: so good that they're impossible to put together (and cost a fortune,) and so bad they won't stay together (yet somehow still cost a fortune.) Homedant has managed to find a pretty good balance between the two with these. The packaging was genuinely well thought out, and they arrived undamaged - something that doesn't happen often with shelves like these. Either because they weigh 200lbs or they use paper instead of cardboard. But these are the smallest shelves, so your mileage may vary. They did think to put thick corrugated cardboard between parts that might be scratched or broken. They come with instructions. You really won't need them. As soon as you get the parts out, everything makes obvious sense. Peel off the plastic bits and stick them on sharp edges. Bang uprights and horizontals with a large rubber mallet until they're seated. Drop laminate shelf in. It definitely is awkward to do solo, but not impossible. You can mix and match flat, lip, and slant as you please without any part of it requiring a PhD in mechanical engineering. Spacing of the mounts is also great because it gives a lot of flexibility in configuration.Obviously the big question is: how do they look and how sturdy are they? The black finish and laminate on the shelves arrived with no scratches and was very consistent. That's really all you care about there. As far as sturdiness? Once assembled they definitely don't want to come apart easily, but it wants to sway when you're moving it or you push hard on it. And the shelf boards on mine were probably a quarter inch short on two sides so they want to move around. But once I installed the shelf boards and added some weight, it did feel much more stable. They claim 264lbs per shelf, and the framing definitely feels up to the task, but the boards very much do not and definitely want to move around in the frame. That's my biggest complaint.Still, I feel like it's a good quality shelf for what I paid and what I use it for. The engineering on these is quite good, so I don't have concerns about the frame. But if you're loading it up more, I would probably suggest using the included wall anchors or possibly stronger boards.
