Amazing lat pull down bar, no issues, much better grip, far less joint pain/tension than a normal bar, and much more activation of lats, traps, rhomboids etc. You can always buy a better carabiner for it if you need, if the metal ring in the middle breaks it doesn't change anything just throw it out.

Very nice quality. I just got them today and they fit comfortably in my hands. I can’t speak to the durability but it seems like they will last a long time. I am very pleased with this purchase. They add to my new Centr 3 smith machine multifunctional trainer I purchased through Costco a few weeks ago.

Great value, high quality for the price. The branding was a bit much. 10s with some acetone and it came right off, it looks as good as it performs now.

I switched to a new public gym and sometimes getting the right attachments for the the lat pulldown or rows can be a pain because they're randomly circulated for alternative uses like on the cable towers. They also don't even have this grip available so I figured I'd just order my own and pack it in my gym bag for my back days. Solid weight and comfortable grip. Totally going to recommend for home gym havers, but will cautiously recommend it if you plan on bringing it as your own attachment to the gym like me. I've got a decently sized gym duffel and wouldn't really recommend it if you're taking a smaller bag as it is a little heavy. It doesn't bother me but the times my girlfriend has picked up my gym bag she's asked/said things to to the effect of "what do you have in here? rocks??"Overall great grip. Nice and affordable option for the quality.

Appears well made, very comfortable to use. Only complaint, wish they labelled the size on each piece so I don't have to go back to my orders to see what size I already have when I want to order another piece.

I originally was going to get just one handle but for the price difference and variations I figured I would just get the set. Thought it was overkill at first but now I’m glad I did. Each handle activates the muscles differently and can be used with some other exercises as well. The handles are all solid and feel very comfortable. The coating looks durable. I will agree with another reviewer now that I’ve had these for a week or so that you should definitely get 4inch carabiners. The system only comes with 3 and so having 2 more that live on the handles will make your life way easier and make these last a lot longer. I tried with my smaller carabiner and it took forever to get it off! Get 4 inch! Trust me you’ll be glad you did. This definitely activates your muscles in a way that I wasn’t really expecting vs the traditional pull down bar. Will have to update the review after a few months to see if the gains are what other people have mentioned. Came double boxed and well packaged. Quite happy so far!

Massima delusione. Evitate.

I'm 5"3, 170lbs with small hands and I'm able to use them very comfortably. They feel sturdy and have weight to them, they don't feel cheap at all. My bf is 5"10 and 220lb, broad upper chest and back with big hands and it works well for him as well.Overall nice appearance and good texture for a good grip.

they give you different types of grip so works out different muscle groups. over time you will like some of them and use more often than the others ...

Great, high quality, well priced product. Much more natural hand positions than straight bars. After a month of using these my shoulder pain that I’ve had for years is almost entirely gone. Wish I would have bought these a lot sooner - had no idea pull-ups/downs with straight bar was primary cause of my shoulder pain…
