A a homebrewer I tend to use my growlers a fair bit and need to replace caps regularly. These are just right.

These are the worst growler caps we’ve seen. The metal cap is ubiquitous, that’s fine. But the wax paper seal is horrible. Only fit for a single use. Because the paper collapses after a single good seal, additional seals on the paper have to be tightened so tightly that they can’t be opened without a wrench; and that’s just to keep them from leaking. We bought these as a backup plan when our caps started running low; we won’t be making that mistake again.
