Much cheaper than Bionaire filters and just as good. this type used to be termed 'permanent', but all have to be replaced every one to two months. Soaking in vinegar may prolong the life, but not for too long.

I have been using these humidifier filters for a few weeks now in my son’s room, and they appear to be high quality. I’m not sure how long they’re designed to last until I use them longer, but no visible mold or discoloration after several weeks of use.They are an excellent fit for an older Bionaire humidifier, they were the exact size and material as the original filters. While I couldn’t find the exact filter type that the humidifier stated (it’s old), I found these to be the same ones but with a different part number. Doesn’t matter to me, they work perfect.The ones that I received had the blue tabs (picture) in the exact position as the originals. The filters slid into the slots perfectly and they absorb the water as designed. Buy these if your humidifier uses this type, try and stay away from the no-name brand filters that are cheaper but less quality.My only gripe about this was that they came in a 3-pack (still a 5-star product, just ranting). My humidifier only uses 2 filters so my options were to have 1 extra filter, or buy another 3-pack and have 4 spare filters. Once I used the filters for a few nights and determined that they worked well, I bought another box to have some spares on hand.

They work. Just like originals. Much better than a lot of the knock-offs out there. I actually own a sunbeam unit, but once you know the letter coding for sizes used by Holmes/Bionaire/Sunbeam/etc., it is pretty easy to get the correct size for your unit. AND A LOT LESS EXPENSIVE than the 2-packs available in my area.

I never seem to find filters for humidifiers that are just a few years old. Seems like the manufactures change their filters with each "new" humidifiers. They'll only stock the current year's filter and if you're lucky, the previous year's. I'm not gonna buy a new humidifier every year since the one I use work perfectly fine. Thank god for Amazon. I'd be up (bleep) creek if they didn't have so many connections. Your filters cost even less than they did in the FEW stores I could find them in, which btw were many miles out of my way. They work out to be cheaper to have them shipped to me (free with amazon prime) than driving outta my way to get an inexpensive, but needed product. Thank you, Amazon!

I have had my humidifier in storage for a couple of years, because I didn't know where to get the three replacement filters I needed. Thanks to Amazon I was able to find the replacement filters quickly and get them installed and the humidifier running. I have been using them several weeks now and they are still in great shape. The top one inch of these filters do tend to dry a little bit, but the original ones did that as well. It doesn't affect the humidifier performance, it's just a matter of gravity. The water won't wick up that high from the bottom of the device. My humidifier is working perfectly. Incidentally, I saved the three blue plastic clips from the old filters, but didn't need to. These filters came with the blue plastic clips that hold them in place.

These fit my Sunbeam SCM631 without issues and is working well.I question why they're sold as a pack of 3 rather than a pack of 2. AFAIK none of the Holmes or Sunbeam humidifiers use 3 of these filters at once. You're either left with an odd filter that is not used, or are forced to by two of these packs (which I did),

Was having a hard time finding these locally. These are OEM quality. For me their mode of failure was always bacteria smell. I throw them away at the end of the season anyway and start with a new set the next year. But I was having to replace them occasionally because of the smell. When I would open up the unit, these filters would be discolored and stinky slimy. I tried Humidifier Bacteriostatic Water Treatment. Found this on Amazon as well. Just put a cap full in the water reservoir every couple of changes and the filters stay nice all season.
