We are a family that runs fans in our rooms at night and this thing is amazing! You won’t be disappointed.

This fan is good and like that it oscillates but i really dislike that its 2 speeds are “super fast” and “extremely fast” lol which makes it really loud

Bought for a camper and my daughter seized it for noise to help sleep in her bedroom. Bought another one for the camper and it really moves some air for its small size. Works well for pets and drying out wet areas/clothes.

Great fan, size is small and oscillates, which is exactly what I was looking for. Most this small do not oscillate. It is very strong and blows hard. The only draw back is it is kinda loud it’s too loud to have on at night. Small enough to be portable.

I've had this fam for 5 years now and simply love it. Easy to clean just a few screws and the wind speed is perfect. Now I am buying another because it is dying after continuous use. I keep it on most of the time day and nite. It's quiet and easy to change head direction left to right and up and down. 5 years is a long time for a desk fan to work especially when using all the time. It is a great fan and does the job.

Small and powerful little fan that gets me through the summer, was recommended by the Wirecutter and have not regret purchasing it since. Get this is you can't afford an AC or to run an AC in a small room, not going to beat an AC by any margin but it does help with airflow though you'll need to clean it regularlry. Thankfully, it's easy to take apart and clean.

This fan is working but if you turn it on to low speed it does not run properly. if you turn on to high and then move it back to low then it works correctly. it makes a bit of a rattle on high. I had this fan before and it lasted 18 years. not sure about this one's longevity. I have not contacted the seller yet as it just started to act up these last few days.

I wanted something small, but auto oscillating. Apparently this is to much to ask for from other companies unless you are willing to pay an arm and a leg for it. This Holmes is priced just right. The auto oscillating works beautifully, as when you have the oscillation turned on, the fan moves quietly and very smoothly on its base, with no catching or rattling at all. The name of it, they ain't lying, as on highest setting is literally like "a little blizzard". Yet, this fan is incredibly quiet.I was recently turned on to Holmes by replacing an old small honeywell air purifier, only to find that the Holmes blew my old purifier out of the water, which got me to focus on Holmes for fans as well. And I will say this, if you want the perfect desk fan, this is it.Its also extremely sturdy on its base, doesn't rock, squeak, catch during oscillation, etc... This is literally the perfect small desk fan. Also great for indoor grow tents as well... I just wish Holmes would make a fan like this, or at least an attachment so you could add this to mount on a pole for a tent, but hey, Im not complaining in the least :D

Llego muy bien empacado y sin ningún problema. El ventilador funciona a la perfección. Lo utilizo en mi escritorio y da muy buena cantidad de aire. Puede girar o quedar fijo. Y se puede subir o bajar el ángulo.

I ride my bike to work every day. I also get very hot on my ride and need a cool down before I can move on with the day. When my 25-year-old fan suddenly died, I needed to replace it. I was a bit hesitant to get this one because of the reviews about the noise, but ultimately decided to get it because of the reviews about its potential air flow. There is no doubt that I am very happy that I got it because it fits my need perfectly. I have it sitting at my desk so that after my bike ride to work I can let the air blow directly on me. I don't use the oscillating feature but I'm impressed with it's wide angle of oscillation. As hot as I am after the ride to work, I keep the fan on its lowest setting because it blows so much air. I guess that is where it gets the name "Blizzard". I even have to check from time to time to make sure it is on the lowest setting because it blows so much air. When people walk by my office they can feel the air flow, even though it is on its lowest setting and all the way across the room. I have a couple of tower fans at home that I keep in the fitness room to blow on me while exercising on the elliptical. I think this fan has much more airflow than the towers, especially if you turn it up.Since the fan does the job at cooling me down quickly, I tolerate the noise very well. I realize that with the powerful air flow, there has to be a lot of noise. If I need to take a phone call during my cool down, I do need to turn it off because it is so loud, but I also have it sitting right next to my body so the fan blows right into the phone.I've had the fan for about 2 months now, so I can't comment on its durability, other than I use it daily and have had no problems so far.In the end, I could not be happier with my purchase.

I bought this for any wife who wanted a small, oscillating fan for her office. Before sho took it to work, though, we tested it in my home office that is about the same size. The cord could be longer, but we had an outlet less than 5-feet away, the approximate length of the power cord. We set it on a shelf about 10-feet from my desk. It is black plastic with a matte finish, so it will inevitably attract and show dust, so it will need regular maintenance to keep it clean.I tried in first non-oscillating. On low, it gave a good breeze and was relatively quiet. On high, it was quiet loud, but not annoying. The loudness is due to the fact that the blades have pretty which edges and have a sharp bend to them; both these things result in a noisy fan. When I set the fan to oscillate, it was only a bit noisier whenever the fan changed directions (there was a noticeable "clicking" sound as the fan changed direction). On the whole, it was all acceptable for an office fan.The front grill can be taken off so you can clean the blades and the grill of dust, but it is not easily done. Care must be taken to avoid breaking the clips that hold the grill on. In this regard, it isn't very user-friendly.In the end, it serves its purpose of moving air in a small space. Because it is pretty noisy (especially on "High"), it isn't the type of fan you would want in a bedroom, but it's perfect for a small office and not so loud that it would interfere with phone calls or in-person conversations. All-in-all, a good fan
