First, the lights look awesome. Second, the customer service is second to none! One of the shades was broken at the neck and another cracked down the breadth of the shade, from north to south. It was no fault with the company, the box came with extensive damage produced when shipping, even with all the foam and bubble wrap in the box. The customer service representative "Jerry" was very concerned and asked how to make this right. Instead of returning the item he offered to just replace the broken shades, saving everyone a major hassle. The replacement parts were on our doorstep within the week as promised.I will buy from this retailer and suggest you give em a try. For all my fellow Baylor Alumni -Sic Em y'all!!!!!
