An update to one of the most iconic toy cameras available, the Holga 120GCFN is characterized by its distinctive image quality as well as a unique built-in flash with a spinning color wheel. While the original Holga is best known for its standard-length 60mm f/8 plastic lens, this version features a glass lens construction for slightly greater sharpness & contrast while still retaining the cherished dream-like aesthetic & inherent vignetting & light leaks caused by the plastic body & simple construction. A choice between f/8 or f/11, or "cloudy" & "sunny", aperture settings is available, along with 1/100 sec. or bulb shutter speed settings & a zone focus system for focusing as close as 3' away. The built-in flash contributes to the toy camera aesthetic due to its built-in spinning color wheel, which can be set to red, blue, yellow, or standard white settings for creatively colored highlights. A tripod mount is also incorporated into the base of the camera for stable long exposure shooting in low-light conditions. A camera designed to bring the fun back to photography, the Holga is a classic toy camera capable of making some remarkable, yet inherently lo-fi photographs.
The 120GCFN model accepts 120-format roll film & includes both 6 x 4.5cm & 6 x 6cm inserts to record 16 or 12 exposures per roll, respectively. Film is manually advanced between shots using the top winding knob, with the frame progression checked using the rear red window.
Plastic body construction & simple design contributes to the distinct image quality, which is characterized by light leaks & vignetting.
Glass lens affords greater contrast & sharpness than the traditional plastic lens, yet still retains the Holga image quality with noticeable vignetting, field curvature, & vignetting.
Built-in flash features a spinning color wheel for adding a burst of standard white, yellow, blue, or red light.
Accepts 120 roll film

Such a great film camera. Super light, you do need lots of natural light or some of the photos are dark. But that’s film in general. I’ve traveled a lot with this camera and the quality is awesome.

I use this as a wedding photographer, however, the flash doesn't fire. I've changed the batteries, waited for it to charge, and it never does. Really disappointed because I've seen some cool photos done with this camera. But definitely buy the version without flash (this one doesn't have a hot shoe mount).

This is a great Holga starter photo kit! I loved that it came with Ilford medium format film, which is a reliable brand, AA batteries to power the flash, and lens wipe. It is a great price. I ordered 29 kits for my university and had no problems with any of them. So glad they offer this kit option. Great deal!

Caveat: it's a toy camera. Not a substitute for a medium format 120 camera.Although it now has a glass lens, they did not correct the light leak problems. Not acceptable. This was supposed to be a redesign.

What is there to say? It's a plastic camera with a prime lens with a single aperture and F stop that leaks light. It's amazing and everyone should own one!

This is a toy camera, but that’s the best part. You get unique photos and you can double expose pictures for fun. Look up stuff online, it’s super helpful. If you don’t like the light leaks, use gaffers tape. Film is not dead

This Holga addressed many of the problems of the older models like aperture settings (it has two working settings), light leaks, spool tension and has a flash! I love this camera already after just one roll! It’s a fun and challenging experience without being difficult to use. It brings out your creative side.
