This is the second time I have ordered this product. The first time, shipping was delayed and then never came. I had to get a refund and then order again. It eventually came. This time (about a year later), I ordered another set. The shipment date was targeted for today, but I just got a notice that it's delayed and not shipped yet. Whomever is telling the Amazon system the BS about shipping times needs to stop it. Great product, but suck at shipping.

I purchased these directly from the manufacturer, and liked them so much, I decided to get more. I saw that amazon carried them, and figured I’d just order the second setup from here. I ordered a second set of panels, and 6 gun rack. The items arrived in a timely manner, but although the boxes appear undamaged, both items were. The panels had a large dent in them, and one of the brackets for the rack is bent, and unusable. I don’t know if this is the fault of the manufacturer or Amazon, but I’m sending the items back. I’d definitely purchase them again though, simply because they are great products, despite the apparent handling issues. The thing that boggles me, is the boxes the orders came in, directly from the manufacturer were mangled by ups, but the contents were fine. These boxes were perfect, but the contents damaged.

These slats are super solid! I am using them to hang guitars and have no doubt they will be secure and will hold up great. Highly recommend.

Good quality product. I chose to piece a setup together rather than going for one of their kits. Very happy and will be purchasing more products from this company.
