This comes with grip pads for the 'feet' and we've loved using this on our faux ice mat as well as indoors, great to practice with different configurations, and it's very portable as well. Holding up perfectly, good quality product and recommend!

I liked the idea of these trainers but storing them is a beast since they do not come apart easily or fold into themselves. May want to look else where if you care about that. Other than that they are built well and work great!

This is a great tool to practice stick handling - My soon is a mite, and just learning to really work the puck - he's got a great shot thanks to his endless practice in our basement, but when he gets the puck he doesn't understand the "skate with it!" concept - it's on his stick and off his stick. Hoping if he spends some more time with this it will help initiate the idea of skating with it.

The LOSKIA Hockey Training Equipment has been a great addition to my 10-year-old’s hockey practice. He likes using the 5-section trainer in combination with his slide board for extra training. The adjustable joints are fantastic, allowing us to customize the layout. The construction is pretty solid so t stays stable during use, and its easy to set up and later pack up and put away.The trainer is great for improving stick handling skills, as the different sections help him work on control and agility in a fun and engaging way. My son likes to set up games or little obstacle courses for hockey practice at home. He loves this simple device since he can shape it however he wants to. All of his stick handling practice balls clear the bars, including a glow-in-the-dark one that is bigger than his wooden ones.My only negative comment is that it isn't as long as I'd pictured. I wish we got the 7-section one instead of 5-section. Nice construction though, should last awhile.

Having used a few of these in my time, I can say this is as good or better than many of the more expensive ones I've tried. Honestly, this one (at about $70) performs as well as any of the $100+ ones. You can leave the pads exposed, which keeps the formation a little looser/more flexible, or use sticky tape or furniture pads to keep them in place with greater control.Absolutely helps with stick handling and control, and my 74-year old dad is using it regularly as well, as he continues to play hockey in a league, three times a week. Inspiration, he is!Would order again, but likely won't need to (seems very durable).

Works just as well as many higher-priced trainers. Can attach sticky pads to the feet of the trainer to stop them from moving and can lock in the position by twisting the feet. Good clearance for a puck, but I didn't try with a ball, so that may or may not work.

When this arrived I was surprised at how portable it is. It folds in to a manageable device size wise. I ordered the five section stick handing trainer. It is made of nylon so its really light. I am currently using a piece of Velcro strap to hold it together when it's in the gear bag. It would be good if it came with something but not a big deal. There are rubber pads included that you put on the bottom of the joints to help keep it from sliding around too much. My grand son started playing this year, his first year. I know that this is going to help him.
