  • Padded cuff has anti-slip silicone lining to keep the cuff in place. So the leash doesn't get tangled in your feet when you're walking back and forth on your longboard.

  • We recommend using a leash as long as your board (or longer) if you plan on noseriding.

  • Our regular surf leashes are great, but since they attach to your ankle, this can be an issue when "walking" around on your longboard. This longboard leash attaches to your calf, to raise the cord up and out of the way.

It’s a nice leash and seems well made. But when I use it the thing tangles up a lot and has gotten wrapped around both of my feet on a few rides which is pretty scary. I will try hanging it in the sun to see if that helps.

I longboard with a leash. I can hold onto my board but I don’t want to kill some kid splashing in the shore break.. The longer leash stops or decreases the instance of the board stretching out the leash and snapping back into my head. So far it is great.

I recently purchased this surf calf leash for my 9’ hard top and I couldn't be happier! The durability and comfort are outstanding. It provides the perfect balance of security and flexibility, and looks amazing on my new hard top! I also really love the little palm tree details, and that it comes with a leash string. Highly recommend!

The calf cuff is pretty well made and comfortable. Stevie doesn't state the diameter of the cord is but it's just right for average conditions. However the rail saver is short, narrow, doesn't look or feel very strong and there's no hex pin to replace it if it fails, like on more expensive leashes.
