Let me say i finally set my 29 gal tank up ( no fish yet) and that i love that the HP606 air pump is quiet has 2 air valves it’s priced right but i can not adjust the air flow it’s either off or all the way on at full blast nothing happens in between otherwise i would have given this air pump 5 stars and it’s easy to install

Wow, I’m surprised at how quiet this is. Way more quiet than even the Whisper pump. It also has good power and pumps air through 2 large sponge filters. I love the control knob for air flow. Very happy!

I got two of these and they are AWESOME. They are QUIET. The air output is a lot on the dual outputs. They glow orange and the output can be adjusted. This is perfect and can’t beat the price. Always a gamble with aerators and the noise of them but these are quiet I promise. Very pleased.

This pump has been in operation for 8 months now, and I'm very pleased with it. Produces far more air than I can use for my 30 gallon, 2 air outputs, adjustable air flow, and oh so quiet! I don't even know it's on. Really! No vibration, good shocks and makes basically no noise. All you will hear is your bubbling water. When I bought this I compared it with four other pumps bought at the same time on Amazon, a Hygger, a Whisper, a Hiraliy, and a Persuper. Only one approached the quietness of this pump, the Persuper. The Persuper looked cooler and had electronic controls, but it was considerably more expensive and didn't have as precise a control over the air output. The Hygger advertised itself as the world's quietest pump, but I can assure you it isn't. Not terrible but definitely not as quiet as this one. The Hitop was the quietest pump and the best value by far. Personally I'm not crazy about how it looks, but that is just my preference. But I don't buy an air pump for its looks. And some others will probably love it. It works great, in any case. At the time of purchase it was $22.89 minus a small coupon savings.

I bought this to replace a very, very loud air pump, which made this very annoying & loud humming sound. This new pump is not only significantly smaller but it's also practically silent. Like my old pump, it's hooked up to two sponge filters, one in my 20g tank & the other in my 10g. Not only is it practically silent but it's also very powerful. An added feature I like is that it has a small orange light at the back by the dial that shows it's powered up. Can't comment on it's longevity YET as I've only had it running a month & a half but, so far I am very happy with it

There is 2 different styles, for The Hitop 4W = One has a Red BRIGHT LED light that is always on > this is a nice option.That said it is VERY VERY BRIGHT!The other one does not light up .I picked the one that lights up .I really like the product. It is very quite you can not hear it running at all .The only problem I found is the one that has this Red LED light is super bright and this light is always on !! I could not find a wayto trun this light off with out Turing off the hole machine.Because I have my 20 gal fish tank in my bedroom. It is so bright it makes my room" Glow red " .I should have looked at the reviews better to see if anyone said that the LED light is very bright .I ended up putting this product in a small box ( I just keeped the ends open for the tubs that connect to the machine . )I placed it on the floor and carefully put a small black towel over it . No more super bright light.If you are wondering does it get too hot by doing this . No it does not.Yes I could have returned it and bought the one that does not "Light up " but I did not want to go threw all the hassle of returned it . AND I do really like this product.Again by putting in a box the product, it still runs super quiet and does not get hot .If you do not want to put it in a box there is a Colored painter's tape that you could put over the light to make it less bright. OR just pick the one that does not light up .I gave this product 4 stars only because the LED light is super bright.
