Very nice feature is that if one hose gets pulled out of the water, the others still work, unlike many pumps.

This works great and is very durable!! I used to buy the Tetra ones and they only would last a year, this is my new go to from now on! It beats the others and for a better price too. I did get a back up of this for later, so I'll never be without one. My Fish 🐠 Appreciate it too! (I have a 50 gallon tank, and run one unit)

I have this pump hooked up to a set of 4 80-gallon sponge filters for my goldfish tank. It's very quiet (thankfully, since I have it in my bedroom.) It's also very powerful. I have it on the 3rd lowest setting, which is plenty. The highest setting absolutely blasts bubbles through my tank, while the lowest setting stops the airflow completely--nice for when I have to change out a check valve or reattach an airline.

It is not powerful at all. I have a Marina 200 Air Pump and it pumps more than this. I connected this pump with a T adapter to make 2 outlets into 1, to make it more powerful. Even with 2 air outlets into 1. This pump cannot push more air than my Marina 200. I returned, very upset that I had to go through the hassle. The description makes you think this pump is powerful and quiet. My Marina 200 is more Quiet and more powerful than this. The motors inside are also smaller compared to my Marina 200. I'm sure that's why its weaker at pushing air. And this pump is noisy. Not a vibration noise but a loud hum. Also, the inside has a lot of empty space, the plastic is cheap and thin, not helping the acoustics at all. The only good i can say is, for under $25, this can pump small tanks, or small plants. It's unbelievable that my Marina 200 is so much better than this, and it is about 10 years old.

I use HITOP brand air pumps in all my aquariums and for my outdoor pond. In 2 years I have never had a single issue. I have had major brand pumps fail for no reason at all. And HITOP air pumps are less expensive than most all the well known major brands. Very well built. Very quiet and don't run my electric bill up at all. Very dependable. And they supply far more air then much larger more expensive brands do.

Love this. Buying more. If you run a lot of airlines for a well oxygenated tank, this is the pump for your fish. Perfect for my 75 gallon and 125 gallon tanks. I use sponge filters and this pump really pulls in waste and keeps my water clear.
