I prefer the microfiber washing mats as they are easy to clean, and they do a great job at collecting surface debris when hand washing my classic cars. No need to worry about surface scratches… this mitt is super soft. I much prefer this mitt to my old lambs wool mitt or the old one-sided microfiber mitt. This mitt has microfiber on both sides which saves time (twice the surface scrubbing area). Compares well to the similar mitt sold by the big name in auto detailing.

I find washing with a mitt is way easier than a sponge (which can also drag grit around) or a brush, simply because you don't have to do anything to keep a grip on it. And compared to my previous mitt before this one, this has way more surface area, and feels really soft on the outside.I wish I could say the same for the inside. While not that rough, it is not as soft as the outside. Which was a surprise. But seems like it would be as plush inside, too. You start to notice this part way through washing a full size car. It's not a big complaint, but something I would change if I could.I will say the wrist elastic is comfortable despite being good and snug. And since this can hold int a lot of water, it gets heavy enough you need that wrist band to help keep it in place. And its a big improvement over my old mitt, which had no wrist band, just one end open. Which mean if I weren't hold on, that one would come off occasionally.Speaking of holding water, this mitt really does hold in a lot. If you use a bucket and soap, be prepared. I don't because I start with a water rinse, then a soap cannon.. So I'm not going to the bucket for soapy water. But I do keep a bucket handy to rinse the mitt periodically to remove any dirt and grit so I'm not dragging that around from one area to another.Overall, I like this mitt - way more than my previous terry towel style one. I recommend it, but just be aware the inside could be softer and more comfortable. To alert buyers to that one issue, I deducted one star.

I have been hearing about the benefits of microfiber material, so I decided to try this wash mitt on my car. Having always used a sponge, this was a different experience for me.Upon removing the mitt from the package, my first impressions were positive. The mitt seemed well-constructed and fit my large hand comfortably.My initial car wash went smoothly. I appreciated how well the mitt worked on the body and windows. However, I switched back to a sponge and brush for cleaning the wheels and tires, as the mitt didn’t perform well on those surfaces.The wash mitt is highly absorbent, allowing me to scrub larger areas without returning to my car wash bucket frequently.Overall, I have had a very favorable experience with this wash mitt. I am curious to see how long it will last. So far, it is holding up well, and I expect it to have a long and useful life.

This was sooo helpful in washing my car, fits like a mitten over my hand and was just snug enough on the wrist area not to fall off. Material is soft and didnt scratch at all. In the past I have used older towels and rags for washing the car and now I wont need to do that.

The mitt fits over my hand easily and the wristband keeps it securely on while I used it to clean. Mitt is a fair size and should fit a wide range of adult sizes.The only thing I can ding this for is that while the band around the wrist does feel secure while wearing it, the material is a bit irritating to the skin and a little bit scratchy. I remedied this by positioning it over my watch, but could potentially mitigate it with a rubber glove or something similar.

I haven't used it yet, but I'm already impressed with this wash mitt. It's thick and well made, and the material is extremely soft. My previous mitt fell apart after about six months, which was disappointing. I don't see that happening with this one, but I'll update my review if anything changes. For now, it's an easy 5-star recommendation.
