Exact replacement for my 2016 Forester XT and fixed my issue where the car would sometimes nearly stall while idle.

Almost destroyed my car. I installed this and my car started turning off on me as I’m in motion. Luckily I was only in the neighborhood.

Does what it is suppose to do. I have had no problems with the MAF sensor after installing it. Package was also delivered really quickly.

My 2015 WRX with only 50k miles after 10 years. The car has been randomly dying in idle (seating at light, or parking lot) all year and in the past. I cleaned the MAF a few times in the past even early this year and I’ve even added fuel injector cleaner and it appears to fix things temporarily. But few weeks ago, car kept dying in idle and even hesitated to accelerate but I was able to force it thru even if slow but was scary. The obd2 MAF error code did actually trigger this time unlike in the past when the car randomly dies (but can turn back on after).I finally decided to replace the MAF and things appear to be working properly now after few hundred miles. And car rpm don’t seem to randomly dip too much now where I’m praying car don’t die or I need to rev engine to keep it from dying, in idle.Recent issue started after I filled up on Costco gas so might still be related. And has randomly died in idle past few months as well. I will add the fuel injector cleaner again just in case soon.

Finally got the right MAF sensor after the third try. All the boxes were identical. First shipment was a 2011 Nissan part number. Totally wrong. Second shipment was a 2002 WRX part number. Uhg! Third time was a charm, it was the right one wahoo!
