I have been given nothing but the run around since trying to return this monitor, that is" still " under warranty and backed by the extra purchase protection plan!! I've been in contact with the "listed Seller" who's info was listed on my purchase order, explained the problems , received response that they couldn't find my order information. Amazon customer service refers me to trouble shooting tips that don't work! Why can't I just get a address to return the obviously defective monitor too??? Screen went Black and won't display images rebooted, changed ports, even tried with another system it's NOT WORKING!

Product arrived on time. It is being used for a security camera monitor. The picture is very clear and displays very good and detailed images. This is for Amazon and American companies. Too bad I couldn't find an American manufacturer to do business with. I felt this was a quality purchase at a reasonable price.
