These are great, however if you don't wear them with thick socks, or work socks I would suggest a slightly thicker insole.

My daughter needed boots that would keep her feet dry and warm when working outdoors. Her Dad had these boots and liked them, so she gave them a try, also. They fit well according to her usual size, adjusted to fit men’s sizing, and are comfortable enough to wear outside all day. She uses extra boot socks in the winter for warmth. The neoprene is water and mud proof, and much better at keeping her dry and comfortable than the old green farm boots she has had in the past. These boots were a very good purchase and we are glad she chose them. We do recommend these boots.

Have had these snake bite boots for a year now. Wear them all the time. Easy to slip on, comfortable to wear. (I added some orthotics) they have lost a little color here and there but still work well. I wear them with shorts or with jeans tucked in. They protect me from sticker bur bushes, nails and snakes. Easy to kick off before going inside and slip on easy when I come out. I still check them for critters that may have crawled in them over night. Very pleased with them.

Die Stiefel sind für lange Spaziergänge erste Sahne. Habe guten Grip. Zudem kommt noch eine Art Dämpfung dazu. Perfekt für unwegsames Gelände.

I’ve put these things through the wringer for about three months now. I work at a thirty-horse barn in Oregon and these have been through hail, sleet, ice, snow, hard frozen ground, mud, flooding, absolutely everything. They’ve held up perfectly and there’s not even a single stitch out of place. They don’t rub on me (I do wear thick socks with them but I honestly don’t know if I need to, I just find it more comfortable and cushy), or pinch, or anything. I just slide in and go.I wear a size 8.5 ish in women's boots but I find most women’s boots way too narrow. I ordered a men’s 7 and they’re exactly right. These are nice and wide in the foot and all the way up the leg to the knee (my calves don’t even touch the sides really and I am a THICC chunky fat girl, lol). One note - if you don’t have planter fasciitis this may not apply to you but there is ZERO arch support. I wasn’t expecting there to be, so I had insoles on the way. I wore the boots for a week or two before the insoles arrived and my arches were KILLING ME at the end of a work day. I mean SERIOUS pain. I finally got these insoles in (link below) and they fit right in the boots with no cutting. Because of them, that arch pain has gone away completely and the boots are my go-to favorites for barn work but also running to the feed store or whatever.Long story short - I love these things. Fat girls like me should please consider these as an option!Insoles:Limited-time deal: Orthotic Inserts Arch Support Shoe Insoles for Flat Feet, Foot Pain, Plantar Fasciitis Relief Insoles for Men and Women // All-Day Shock Absorption https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09JLW4W67/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_dl_Q8YM8T8KHV39DCKEZ0W7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I wanted to "battle test " these boots before writing a review. I used them for the 1st week of rifle deer season in PA. where I hunt hardwood mountains, with steep, rocky terrain.Pro's: The boots fit surprisingly well. I normally wear a 1/2 size, and went down to the next lowest whole size. The boots were an excellent fit even being a bit smaller. Second day of the season, we had a significant amount of rainfall. There was a lot of water runoff, standing puddles, mud and general sloppiness... and these boots did not disappoint!! 100% waterproof, mud proof and muck proof. My feet were completely dry after putting in a 3-4 mile "silent" drive. That little hike also ties in to the traction of the soles. I was a bit skeptical as to the grip these boots would have, but those concerns were quickly put to rest. They gripped and held as well as any lace up boot I've ever worn. Finally, I feel the need to comment on the comfort of these boots. These are probably one of the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever worn. From a solid walk along old logging roads, to climbing steep, rocky terrain, these boots were comfortable to move in.Con's; Boots are listed as being comfort rated from 14 °F/-10°C to 86 °F/30 °C. I didn't find that to be true while hunting from my stand for a long period. The weather was in the upper 30's to mid 40's, and my feet began to become uncomfortably cold after a few hours of no movement. That being said, during the times I was moving, my feet remained comfortably warm. I think the temp rating may be accurate if you are moving around for at least 10-15 minutes each hour. If not, I would recommend a powered heating method (battery socks or insoles), if the temps are in the low 40's or below. The hot hands heating pads don't work in these boots due to there not being enough air circulation to keep the charcoal activated (believe me... I tried). The next issue I had was with the flimsy insoles that came with these boots. To put it simply, they are not good. One of them actually curled up and kept twisting itself out of place. I know it's a minor issue, but poor insoles that move and shift can really ruin an otherwise good boot, and that's what happened here. I suggest that you plan on purchasing aftermarket insoles if you buy these boots, the one's that come with them are not very good. Finally, the cinch buckle on one of my boots keeps coming undone. I'm not sure if it needs to be bent to make it lock into place, or if it's defective, but I know that it's not a replaceable part. This is the biggest of the "Con's" that I really have. Again, it's not a big deal, but I expect things to work the way they were designed. The last thing I can offer as a possible Con is that they should consider offering different camo patterns. This is more of a suggestion than anything, but I would like to see a winter "snow" type of pattern (or one similar to the pattern at wtfcamo. com).Overall: An excellent boot for the price. 100% waterproof, comfortable for walking/climbing, excellent traction, well constructed exterior sole/mid-sole and shaft. I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone considering them. Overall a B+, only because of the cinch buckle issue and the cheesy insoles.

Order these boots, waited over 2 months for them to arrive. When they did arrived one boot was defective with a hole in it the other boot squeaks horribly when you walk. I spent over $100 for these boots. Now I'm being forced to ship them back to Las Vegas at my expense. That is an $80 shipping fee. At my cost. Completely unacceptable, very upset with Amazon

Update 10-2021 Still holding up well. No leaks or rips or anything like that. I like them so much that I ordered the 800G versions for when/if these die.Update 06-2020Still loving these boots they get used for tons of tasks, from ice fishing to rain days to ATV rides. They are holding up very well and I am so glad I got these. I'd say they're better than Bogs and Muck boots. I've had both. These are a better boot at a FAR better value.Just got these and so far I'm very impressed with them. The sole is made of very soft rubber which is a really good thing for me as they'll be primarily used in the winter so they'll give better traction much like a winter tire.I normally wear a size 10 but ordered a size 11 and they fit pretty well. Slightly large but not bad at all if I wear a heavy sock they'll be perfect.I would definitely recommend these to friends and family.
