I got this for my teenage son after he had an injury. He finds it difficult to figure out and as a result doesn't wear it.

I am a runner so I got this to hopefully help me with some thigh pain I've been experiencing. While it provides some support, it feels a bit lax, especially when worn on the right side. You will also notice all of the product pictures have the brace on the left leg/thigh, and there are no pictures of it on the right side. It just seems like this was designed to work better on that side. I don't know how or why as I don't make these things, and technically you can get the brace to work on both the left and right sides, but it just wasn't as good on the right side for me. Even though the left side was better, it wasn't as good as other braces I've tried. My recovery time after using this was about what it was before, so I don't think it made much of a meaningful difference and provided some support, but I feel it could be stronger. For the reasons that it could provide better support, and that it seems a bit derpy on the right side, I'm deducting one star each. I think the pricing is fair and it is acceptable for left hip support, but I would personally look for other brace options, especially if you want to use this on the right side.

I use this Orthofy Hip and Groin Brace - Hamstring Compression Sleeve to compress my thigh to prevent a pulled quad, hammy, or groin muscle. I am always pulling one of these major muscles and this compression sleeve allows me to play at 100% without needing to worry (too much)about pulling a muscle. The sleeve does not breathe really well, but it is not an issue for me. I play in an Arizona Senior softball league and it gets hot! But even so, this wrap provides compression and doesn't slip down to my knee as a normal thigh sleeve does.I wear one of these on both legs and feel great.

Firstly, the material is a little thin, but the "velcro" is strong and holds in place. The item is designed for left thigh placement so the waist strap tightens in front; but you can flip it around and wear it on your right thigh as well... but depending on your mobility it could be challenging to tighten the waist strap behind your back. For someone like me that spends several hours a day in front of a screen an item like this helps me to keep sciatica issues at bay, but as with any product results will vary.I have thinner legs and have more than enough room to tighten down the waist and thigh straps, but depending on your size this may or may not fit you. Please read the listing page for the one-size-fits-all size specifications.

Took a minute to figure out how to get it adjusted properly. But it fits very well. Compression is really nice and comfortable. It's very easy to address as well. The material is breathable but on the thicker side and very durable.

I'm a avid bowler and have always had trouble with pain in my left thigh during and after playing. I own some compression stockings/shorts that definitely help but sometimes I need extra support. This brace is wonderful. It can be worn under or over cloths so I can throw it on easily if needed. Folds up nicely and can be stored in your sports bag, better to have it available than play hurt. Fits both rotund and slim folks equally, very nice brace

I have pain in my inner right thigh. The strap fits well around my waist but not my thigh, where I experience pain.

UPDATE: I was able to take device apart and use the belt alone and it is so helpful, I wear it all the time. The leg piece can now also be used wherever I need it.Back injuries - check. Right hip hamstring tendonitis - check. At 5' 3" and under 120 pounds, this device, while very well made just does not fit correctly. As stated by others, when wearing it on the right leg it doesn't fit properly and is hard to put on. On my frame, the hamstring support is just above the knee while where it is needed is near the hip. As such, it bunches up a bit when I walk. So no, one size doesn't fit all especially if you are small. Also, the brace came in a clear plastic bag marked "Orthofy Hip and Groin Brace New" with no other information at all about the product or how to wear, put it on and use it. I know there's information here on Amazon but it's always nice to have it right in front of you when figuring out a product.
