This is described as a battery operated salt lamp, but it is corded. Also, I received a package without a remote for the color change abilities. This is not what they are describing, do not purchase this item if you are looking for a cordless salt lamp, or you want a product that arrives with all of its components. I would give it zero stars if that was a possibility.

This is so darned pretty I ordered another today ...just got this order today and ordered another for tomorrow. Packaged nicely....and I love that it is battery operated so I can have it illuminate in my cabinets!

It came broken. I was going to have it replaced, but the problem would occur again. The rock is to big and heavy for that cheap flimsy base. They attach the rock to the base with a cheap rubber silicon glue. I'm committed though, so I used gorilla glue to attached the rock to the base. Keep in mind the light constantly changes colors. You have no control over which color it changes to. Its just an off and on button. I still have use for it. I just have to be very careful with it or it will break again. Like Dr. M'Benga says " Somethings break in a way that can't be fixed, just managed".

This thing is so cute! It has the coolest colors.I will say it is small and has a bit of weight to it but I love it. It does come with battery’s! 😊

We are using these salt lamps but we have to keep them up high away from children or where they may be knocked off a countertop accidentally. The problem is that the "base" does not allow the salt lamp to sit down inside of it -it doesn't cradle it at all. It is made of plastic so the salt lamp slides around on it and there is nothing to hold it to the base. I love the lamps themselves and the changing lights and battery charged aspect however but we are mainly using them without the bases. The bases get separated easily from the lamps and misplaced so it is just easier to use them without the bases. I suppose we could have duct taped it to the base but I chose instead to put the salt lamps in hard to reach places. If you have hardwood floors and your little ones or pets knock these off the base they are heavy and damage the floor

Don't recommend this. It is very small and the salt rock was broken off of the base when it got here. The base is a very cheap plastic. Also, there is no way to stop it from flashing all through the different colors. Would not buy again.

This product exceeded my expectations for the price. The dimmable switch has real range and is easy to use. The product is carefully packaged and includes large chunks of genuine Himalayan salt. The container is sturdy and super cute. I love the warm glow in the evenings. Extremely satisfied.
