Old electronics and current appliance manufacturers love these things. If you work on them, you need them to replace the old one you had to cut off to access the interior of the device.I hate these things, but they are a necessary evil.

Looking for these for an automotive project. Box stores didn't have these and these seemed to be a lot more forgiving when I have to take the parts apart again, down the road. Good set to keep around just in case.

What I like is the variety of sizes I’llProbably never even use half of them but at least I have them . Tried to buy some at Home Depot guy working there didn’t even know what I was talking about, they didn’t have them anyhow

I have a harbor freight hand truck where the tires were dead. the shaft was 5/8 and the largest ones while tight did work. I have used it for a few months now and no issues, so calling it good. now i also have a bunch or backups and lock nute in case i ever need them (not sure i ever will but hey another fastener in the drawer is better than a possible hardware store trip later)
