I would give zero stars if I could .The front wheel bars came extremely bent to the point where you couldn’t even attempt to install the front wheel. Just look at the photo. Product also was missing the needed nuts and washers to install the front wheel brake cable. Also, the rear wheel derailer came extremely bent to the point where it’s hitting against the wheel when spinning. This product is a joke. Absolutely would not recommend, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I assembled the bike myself in about 2 hours (including finding a presto valve for my inflator which was previously set for a Schrader valve; and including the follow up adjustments of seat and bar height, etc.)I surprised at what a nice bike this is for the price.The assembly video on amazon was helpful, but I needed to look on YouTube for other assembly instructions for this brand for a couple of issues (e.g., handle bar assembly and tilt adjustment, brakes).When I put in an assembly question they promptly replied and they have a lot of assembly videos on YouTube. So assembly was easy, just give yourself a couple hours, don't try to do it in 20 minutes. It would take only 20 minutes if you knew what you're doing (if you're assembling 2 bikes).All the parts fit nicely, everything was in good shape. Very pleasant feel and ride. Gear shifter makes a little noise (its not a $6k bike!) but was surprisingly quiet and smooth for the price.VERY HAPPY. Thank you Hiland!The amazon page says it has a kickstand included, but the same page says a kickstand is not included. Mine had no kickstand. I contacted they seller, they said there is no kickstand, but as a courtesy they refunded me $10 and sent me a link to a $10 kickstand. So the seller is responsive and responsible. Very good seller.

I know absolutely nothing about bicycles so it took me 3 hours to assemble. If I had to do it again I can probably get everything done in 30-45 minutes now. The instruction manual isn't specific to the model you buy so it was difficult for me to know which instruction I should be following. All the tools needed for assembly were in the box however it was missing the front white reflector. Once fully assembled the bicycle looks beautiful and pristine. Very happy with this purchase so far but haven't used it yet

I initially had issues putting the bike together because the instructions were for a different bike, but, after the trial that was putting it together, I can say that it's a pretty good bike that takes me places. The bike itself is pretty good, but the lack of proper instructions made the assembly a lot harder than it should have been.

Firstly, this thing doesn’t have that many parts but is difficult to set up if you do not have any experience building bikes. I took mine to a shop to get everything fitted properly. Secondly, it had a couple of scratches staring out of the box because the smaller metal pieces weren’t secured properly and were jumping all over the place when it was being transported. And finally, it’s a 400$ bike but has no kick stand. All that aside, it performs extremely well and is a definite eye catcher when I’m out and about. Lighter than any other street bikes I’ve had. Obviously it won’t stand against a carbon fiber frame but for the price it is well worth it. I’d say it’s a good introductory bicycle for someone who cycles leisurely or is just starting out. And unfortunately they did not have any in the larger frame size when I ordered it. I’m 5’10 and the medium size works just fine.

Great deal on this bike! I bought 2 for my sons (11 & 13). We were able to easily put the bikes together, but the breaks rub, as I've read from a lot of the reviews. I took them to a local bike shop for adjustment and they work wonderfully.

I only received this bike this week and ridden it minimally. However, it seems sturdy and well built and I definitely recommend it. I read about the difficulty getting the brake pads to stop rubbing against the disks, but decided to take a chance anyway. Sure enough, once assembled, both front and back wheels were rubbing. It took me about an hour of trial and error but I finally managed to fix the rubbing. I am a happy man now :). A couple of negatives, but nothing serious, 1) There is no quick release lever on the seat post, and 2) the left shifter on the thumb side is much too stiff. I will see if that can be adjusted. Other than that, I hope to enjoy many fun rides. Cheers.

It’s fairly good basically but one inner tube was broken and there is no key for turning the front shaft!

hard to assemble since the manual isn’t specific, but if you know what you are doing it will be easy. Other than that, its fast and pretty good for it’s price.
