Item as described. Item ships with perfect sized rubber bands to attach to notches and twist ties to hold walls together. I've had multiple bunny houses that haven't had these. This keeps the house from falling apart which I've had problems with other bunny houses doing. Prompt shipment from seller. Reasonably priced.

It was cute and affordable but still very cheap materials. It had lots of "extra securing" which was a bonus and thoughtful. It would be perfect for small bunnies but way too small and not sturdy enough for bigger/grown bunnies. 3 stars is simply because it would not be sturdy enough for anything other then young bunnies.

I'm not very skilled at assembling things, but this was very simple. It's well made and really fits together securely. There are tiny rubber bands to hold the connectors in place, too small for the rabbits to chew on. It comes with some stickers to decorate the outside, which pleases me more than the rabbits, no doubt. But they like it. They hop on top or go inside and think they're invisible. Hilarious! We are all happy about it. And the customer satisfaction assurance program looks excellent. I didn't have any reason to contact them, though. Well worth the money and looks like it will last a long time.

This wooden house is fantastic! I wanted something more durable than the typical cardboard cat houses since my foster rabbit likes to chew sometimes. I knew she'd nibble on this too, but I expect this will last much longer. Thankfully, I read the reviews beforehand, as the house comes with rubber bands to hold it together, which could be a hazard for curious rabbits. Instead, I drilled a few holes and used zip ties to secure it. Just remember to trim the zip ties so there are no sharp edges. My bunny is about 9 pounds and fairly long, so while she can't fully stretch out, she can comfortably lay down and is really enjoying it. It also comes with adorable stickers, which I didn’t use on the house for obvious reasons, but they're fun to have. Overall, great quality for the price!

House is very sturdy. Our bunny loves to relax in it. It is made of thin plyboard. Bunny hasn't tried to chew it though. I would have liked it to have a floor though. Our bunny wanted to dig through the carpet. Placed a cardboard in it for a floor. He chewed right through it. LOL!

The material is nice and strong. I think it’s worth the price. My bunnies and I love it. It was easy to assemble and It also brings stickers to decorate.
