For the purpose we purchased these for they work incredibly well. We just installed an asphalt driveway and want to prohibit others from using our driveway. Once sand is placed in the bottom they are substantial enough to remain upright and keep cars from using our driveway. Awesome!

This is fine for some purposes, but is very cheap plastic and not sturdy. The red fades in the sun.
