I bought some very similar backs on Amazon from a different seller which I really liked but only got 8 backs and came back to buy some more. When I was looking I saw these and though they had mixed reviews, you get so many for even less money. Some of the reviews here said that the backs were loose and fell off so as soon as I received them I tested them on several different earnings. What I found was that as long as the post goes straight through the grippers behind the hole they are held very secure. The only case I could see that they wouldn't be held tight is if you put the back on at an angle and there would be nothing gripping your post. In some backs if the hole isn't sufficient you can really struggle to get them on and end up bending your earning. I personally think these are great for the price. I'll admit that I like the more expensive ones a tiny bit more but for the difference in price these are the clear winner. The only thing I'd suggest is that the other ones came with a little plastic case and these were in a heat sealed plastic bag so once you tear it open you have 30 little earning backs loose. A reusable case would be helpful.

I have tried so hard to find larger earring backs and ones that actually accommodate the earring posts on all different types of earrings. These fit the bill. My earrings go through the hole nicely and because the back is slightly bigger than a regular earring back, they are easy to handle with arthritic fingers. Highly recommend.
