Very fast delivery and two cartridges looks to be excellent value. Installation was easy as the instructions were very readable. However, I have printed a couple of pages and a repeating black dot appears on the page which to me suggests a drum issue. The drum had no problem before install of the cartridge and I did clean the wire by moving the tab across as instructed. The spot is not heavy but it is noticeable. I am hopeful it will just go away after more pages are printed. I don't use the printer for business so it's not such a big deal.

It was a great price for two however already had to change it out due to faded copies. Didn't get 100 copies on 1st toner, now I will try the second toner. This should last me at least 6 months or as they say approx. 3000 copies per toner. Too good to be true I guess. I will not order on Amazon for toner anymore as this is the second time I got no time out of those toners.

Since I have not had a need to use one of the two drum units in my Brother HL-L2395DW monochrome laser printer yet so I can't provide feedback on performance. I can say that the units appear to be an exact fit replacement and that they are well packaged.I did note that there are several reviews that reflect issues with error messages that can not be cleared and issues related to toner streaks... this I take with a grain of salt and will provide my own update once my printer drum unit is replaced and in use for a period of time. That said, I give an initial rating of 4 stars based on my limited experience with the product to date.

When I first installed one of these drums it worked great for 2 weeks then gave me an error and said I needed to replace the drum. I tried replacing the drum with the 2nd on of the package. The 2nd drum left a thick streak across both sides of my paper. I do not recommend buying these, waste of money.

Functions great in my printer. No difference at all from the factory drum and it prints great. I recommend this to anybody not wanting to pay OEM prices.

This drum looks basically the same as the original Brother drum that came with my printer. The toner fits in it securely and the whole drum fit right into my printer just like the original. The only issue is that the ‘replace drum’ message didn’t go away on my printer. I even followed the manufacturers instructions for resetting the drum life after replacing it, but the message didn’t go away. Hopefully this issue may resolve itself, but as long as my printer keeps working I’ll be happy!

I installed this drum in a Brother MFC-L2710DW laser printer. It fit perfectly, and came with a clear set of printed instructions. The instructions photo in profile says to “remove the orange protective cap”. I saw no orange cap on either drum, but don’t consider this a problem. Nor did I see an “important note…on how to reset the drum unit”, but the “Replace Drum” message went away after installation, so there was no need to reset the printer. The drum installs from the printer front. I removed the toner cartridge from the original drum and added it to the replacement, since it still had toner and works fine. The first page I printed out [page on left in photo] showed drum marks. It may have needed cleaning, so I printed out a second page and it looked fine. This is a fine cost-effective drum replacement.
