ReFlex IFAK System
Med roll plus carrier that can be mounted to the belt
The ReFlex IFAK was developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. The ReFlex is a two-piece system, med roll and carrier, that is designed to carry organized medical supplies with ambidextrous accessibility. The system, constructed primarily with heavy-duty nylon laminate, allows rapid deployment of medical supplies. This system was designed around the medical supplies included in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK. The ReFlex Carrier and ReFlex Med Roll can be purchased together or separately.

- Features HANK (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite) handles for long-term durability
- Can mount vertically or horizontally on belts 1.5 “-2.25”, and horizontally on MOLLE
- Intentional organization features put all supplies in easy reach
- Carry handle and shock cord loops allow roll to be attached to a patient, or hung from an I.V. rack
- “Mini” MOLLE allows for precise fit on belts as narrow as 1.5” or two-row MOLLE panels

Sehr gutes Ifak, Pulltabs sind stabil und durch half-molle auf der Rückseite sehr gut an z.B. Battlebelts einstellbar. Nur die MolleClips gehen stramm und sind zum ab und dranmachen eine Qual. Da man nach dem Einstellen aber meistens nicht mehr dran muss, lösen sie sich wenigstens nicht von selbst. Auch die Aufteilung der Rolle innen drin ist sehr gut und bietet ausreichend Platz für Ausrüstung.

Everyone knows the HSGI is one of the industry leaders when it comes to tactical gear and for good reason, it has been field tested and battle approved. That being said after multiple product comparisons such as (Blue force gear, T-rex Arms, Wilder Tactical, Warrior Poet Society, North American Rescue, Medical Outfitters and Refuge Medical) and careful consideration for my needs and set up I decided to go with HSGI. All the rest of these brands mentioned are well made and quality companies (most of which if not all are made in the USA) and more cost effective then the HSGI however each one has its delivery system and or pouch system and of course pros and cons for each. All mentioned systems were for pouch system only (no medical gear) and HSGI was by far the most expensive but like I said previously I had to take into consideration the set up I needed (how and where I wanted to mount this) and the functionality (the delivery system of contents/medical products) for when it is deployed. Having said all of that I decided to go with HSGI and was happy with the product and best fit my needs, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars it due to 2 reasons: 1- being that the unit I got had a few what appeared to be "scuffs/stains" which for how much it is and being a top tier product I would not expect that from HSGI (however I did not feel like spending the time to return product to wait for another one to be sent out and have to deal with that hassle) and 2- well the price, an empty pouch system should be a little more affordable then that but it is what it is, just wish they would have a sale once in a while. At the end of they day You must do your research and see what best fits YOUR needs, not just because its an HSGI product, hope that helps.

Made in the USA. It holds everything you’d want it to. Spend the extra cash as the knock-offs will frustrate you. This IFAK will not

This is what I carry on all my trips. Whether I’m going backpacking, day hike, camping, etc this is an easy kit to grab and go. It is perfect for strapping to the outside of a pack or belt and then easily utilize the contents when needed with the slide/sleeve.

Missing the outer portion of the IFAK (where the picture shows the pens/glow stick are. this is the outer portion that you can mount your IFAK to molle or a belt) I only received the inner part of the IFAK that holds medical supplies. For the price you’re supposed to get both parts of the IFAK, separately they’re about 50 dollars. I got ripped off.

I mistakenly assumed by "Roll and Carrier" two parts would turn up.. for over £100 I appear to have only received a camouflaged pouch with a handle at each end and no actual way of securing it to any belt or webbing. I will give it a few days for the second part to turn up and will edit this review if by any chance I have not been ripped off.
