Highly recommended jack storage doesnt block hood opening. Well balanced. Easy install. Accepts cable locks or padlocks to secure. Sturdy and fully Powder Coated, No rust.

Altogether the product is a solid 3/5 stars. The mounts are solid and wont bend like other brands so its a solid concept. My issues came from the bolt/noobs to lock the jack down! Those don't secure it well and both sides twisted off and came undone while driving.Consider buying for the mound but replace the nuts with something that wont come off so easily.

Was looking for a simple but sturdy bracket to mount my Hi-Lift jack on the inside of my Lexus GX470. I saw several Jeeps with theirs mounted on their hoods and thought that it would be a perfect way to mount it to my drawer system in the cargo area of the Lexus.Out of the way but secure so it would not act as a "projectile of death" when stopping short or hitting the trails.The brackets are pretty beefy and all the hardware was there in the box that I would need except I had to source some nuts from the local hardware store. This is not an issue with the product as I am using it in an irregular manner. Drilled some holes... put some extra washers i had laying about on the bottom to help with stress and tightened it all down.I did add some rubber washers in-between the metal and the nuts to make sure there weren't and rattling from the hardware. This is a Lexus after all ( LOL ) and standards must be maintained!Only had it done for a few hours but so far so good. No noise and its secure!

There hi-lift jacket brackets are heavy duty; however, there are no instructions. Not a big deal, but if you are using them in various vehicles, they are a bit of a challenge to make them work. I did it, but...
