The quality of this training mask is good and it's very comfortable. It's made of breathable fabric and soft silicone, which I really love. It can also adjust different resistances and control the air flow. I use this as my daily workout mask to control my breathing during intense exercise. Overall, I feel pretty good about it! flow. I use it for my daily workouts to manage my breathing during intense exercise. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with it!

So far, I just opened it and tried it on. For the price, the performance is as expected. I'll keep observing and then update this review. But from what I can tell right now, I think I made a good choice! pick!

Really makes your lungs work ! I wore it upside down as it still managed to provide a powerful mouth to product suction wearing it the right way.

At first we couldn't seem to get this to fit correctly, we did get a decent snug fit finally after messing with it a bit. There are different levels you can set it at for different trainings. The directions aren't super thorough but we've owned a similar mask previously and this has helped with learning to breathe and control breathing during workouts.

I really wanted this to work, but was a bit disappointed with it. It's well built and the adjustment for breathing is good, but the mask needs to be tight, and that's where I found issues. I found myself holding the mask lots of times to make it stick and do the breathing exercises, since the band that wraps around your head does not stay put for long.

I had purchased a similar product previously that worked very well but as it seems it was being worn out so I decided to pick up another and found this one. It does not feel well made so I am not sure how it'll hold up and it feels pretty flimsy so it doesn't hold a perfect seal making it a bit ineffective for training. It is otherwise comfortable and still can work but only if you get the right fit. Honestly this mask could've been better and there are better ones out there so I would say look elsewhere for a better quality mask.

Very low quality strap that goes around your head it is fairly comfortable it's a little loose on me but that's not their fault.The front cover broke after one use so I can't keep that on there Will not purchase another one I'm not going to waste my money again.
