One end has no means of attaching it to the flush arm. They provide a hook what would work fine for their chain version but there is absolutely no means of connecting the hook to the simple bead end. These chain must never work or they shipped the wrong hook with the bead chain they supplied.

I had to make a slight modification as the hooks are too hard for me to squeeze together with pliers but I got it solved . Cheaper than calling a plumber !!! Very pleased and saved alot of money

The plastic chain/ clip broke again. I couldn't find one locally so I bought a universal flapper with chain attached. Evidently universal doesn't fit my toilet. These metal chains, available in two styles, fixed my problem and I have two to spare!

This is a good item, no question about it. the wire loop that installs on the flapper will require a pair of needlenose pliers to crimp it together, and you may need to take flapper off to install it (I did), but once installed, it has worked just fine for more than a month. No more stuck toilet flapper and wasted water!

Easy to install and stopped our flapper from getting stuck and leaving the toilet running. Should fit most toilets. Can trip chain if you need to. Seems to be holding up well.

I bought this on Feb 16, 2021, but kept it to be installed later. It's now May 16, 2022, when I tried to instal it. It may seem that it doesn't have the necessary connection, but it does have it. You would also have to adjust the length of the chain (bead). The end that has a connection will have to be attached to the flapper, and the other end will have to be attached to the lever. Hope you can figure it out from here. I don't have a camera to give you an illustration.

I do give it godo marks for being rust-resistant, but they aren't easy to attack to the flap.
