3 x 1/32 x 1I had to cut aluminum heatsink material (for 50 pieces) to length. Using a few dabs of green Anchor Lube on both sides of the blade these cut beautifully. Final cut of the aluminum was a mirror finish better than the factory cut on the other end of each heatsink. The Anchor Lube kept things cool, slick and smooth while cutting. A cream lube like this works great with a slitting saw because it is a cream not a liquid, and its water based so when some of it flies off the saw at startup it's less of a mess and the parts just wash up with Dawn soap. Cant say how these blades work with steel, but with aluminum they work great. I custom machine aluminum heatsinks for electronics and never got such a fine glass cut until now.

Does not come with a 1/4 inch keyway. Will require modification to use with keyed shafts.

It says twice, "with keyway". There is no keyway! NOT as advertised!

What was shown in the picture wasn't what I received. There was no keyway to index to keep it from spinning on the arbor, it would not cut stainless steel. I guess they would work on balsa wood. A HHS blade should cut SST without any difficulty as proven by the blades I bought from a different supplier. The new blades I bought go through the SST like it is butter.
