The diamond is a blob with no cutting edges, I don't know how this could possibly do a good job of dressing a wheel.

Whatever this is, there is no possible way it is a diamond. We're running the softest stone available and it just wears the diamond away in a single pass. Under no circumstances should you waste any money on this product.
